Testaccio comodo appartamento

Pros: The apartment is located in a beautiful part of the city, near the river and the Trastevere district. However, it is much calmer, less tourist-heavy, and has a great market nearby. For us, the location is excellent—the surroundings are authentic, and the apartment has all the necessities and space needed for a short stay in Rome.

Cons: Nothing at all

Pros: The apartment was very charming and quiet. It’s very well located, close to buses and trams (5mins) so going about the city is very convenient. The neighborhood is very local with restaurants and bakeries/cafes. We loved it.

Cons: It was a bit cold inside even if the radiators were turned on. The hot water balloon is a tad small so you need to be quick to shower if you want enough hot water for two.

Great. Highly recommended.

Pros: The location is off the beaten track in terms of local facilities. There are a few restaurants nearby but they feel somewhat isolated if you prefer to sit out and watch the world go by. Something I love to do on holiday.

Cons: The apartment was great and the host wonderful.

Comfort of a home

Pros: The flat is very spacious, bigger than expected and well furnished. Nice location, close to the river and lovely Testaccio market.

Very good value for money!

Pros: Very big, nice and bright apartment, close to restaurant s, bus stations and supermarkets.

Cons: Noise coming in from the outside and neighbours upstairs.

Pros: it was a lot bigger than the pictures! the kitchen had full appliances so it was very easy to do some cooking.

Cons: it was perfect.

Nel cuore di Testaccio

Pros: Un appartamento comodo nel cuore di Testaccio, a poca distanza da mezzi e locali. Ottimi i consigli e l'accoglienza della proprietaria, ho fatto una colazione strepitosa da Linari e la fraschetta sotto casa è un vero plus. Dotazioni essenziali ci sono tutte, anche una bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo.

Cons: Consiglio di munirsi di una scatola per il primo soccorso, mi sono ferita e pur essendoci l'acqua ossigenata per disinfettare, sono dovuta uscire per i cerotti, vero è che ci sono supermercati e farmacie a poca distanza.

Pros: Idealne mieszkanie. Czułam się jak w domu. Cudowne łóżko z którego nie chciało się wychodzić. Pachnąca i puszysta pościel. Idealnie wyposażona kuchnia, było dosłownie wszystko: sól, pieprz, kawa, herbata, oliwa, wszystkie sztućce, talerze, miski, garnki i wiele innych. Papier toaletowy na tydzień, worki na śmieci, tabletki do zmywarki, gąbka do mycia naczyń, papier. Widać że mieszkanie jest urządzone, z wyobraźnią. Dla kogoś kto ma faktycBie tam mieszkać.

Cons: Nie ma takiej rzeczy. Wiadomo, że łazienka zostawia nieco do życzenia ale w końcu to mieszkanie we Włoszech w Rzymie więc nie oczekuje marmurów i innych dupereli. Toaleta miała swój klimat i było nawet zabawnie :)

Pros: Wspaniała lokalizacja. Sympatyczny gospodarz, bardzo łatwy kontakt przed zameldowaniem. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone. 10/10
