A wonderful experience in Rome
Pros: The apartment is located in the heart of Rome, near by the Termini Station, the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. We had a perfect time, with a perfect view and we were able to easily reach every tourist attraction of the city. The location is very clean and equipped with all the necessary needs. It is surrounded by restaurants and pizzerias, with Italian cuisine. And from the window of the apartment, you can see the true exciting life of Rome. Stefano, our host, was very attentive and was very receptive to our arrival and he helped us with patient so that we can accommodate with the security systems of the location.

Everything is OK.
Pros: We were very late, but we got in without a problem. Close to the city center. The equipment is completely adequate. Kind and flexible host.
Cons: We were there in the spring, we didn't operate the air conditioning - we don't know what the conditions are like in the room in winter and summer.

We had so much fun staying at the apartment
Pros: The place was super clean and well maintained. It was comfortable place for 4 people and we had all the necessary facilities at our disposal. The location of the apartment is also a plus point.
Cons: The sofa cum bed was a little uncomfortable and it made lot of sound when sleeping

Nice, but pay attention to the cost of the city taxes.
Pros: The apartment is located relatively close to the tourist attractions. Stefano is a kind and discreet host.
Cons: I think it's a little problem with the boiler as you sometimes have a scotch shower. The big inconvenience, however, consisted in the fact that, on the booking, the payment of the city tax was 3.5 euros/person, and we were charged 6 euros/person. Ideally, you should ask when you book how much the city tax will be charged, we will do so from now on (I have never experienced anything like this before).

Perfect choice
Pros: We had a great stay at Stefano’s place on Via Cavour 133. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Rome. Everything is within walking distance, the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Monti neighborhood, metro station, restaurants, cafes, and shops are all just minutes away. You really feel the city around you. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Very well maintained, with everything needed for a short or longer stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and the apartment was quiet considering how central the location is. Stefano was an excellent host, very responsive, clear with instructions, and easy to communicate with. Check in was smooth and stress free, and he was always available if we had any questions. Overall, this is a great choice for anyone visiting Rome who wants a central location, comfort, and a reliable host. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pros: El apartamento muy cómodo, camas excelentes! Nos hemos enamorado. Un lujo su ubicación. Stefano un anfitrión de lujo. Siempre con la respuesta justa para ayudarnos durante toda nuestra estancia. Lo recomendamos sin dudas. Si volvemos a Roma éste apartamento será siempre nuestro hogar.
Cons: Absolutamente nada.

Pros: Excelente localização, o anfitrião responde rápido e tira todas as dúvidas pelo whatsapp, limpeza impecável. Eu recomendo muito!
Cons: Senti falta de alguns produto de limpeza pra ir fazendo a manutenção no dia a dia, mas nada que prejudique a estadia! Nota 10 O apartamento é muito melhor do que aparece nas fotos.

Cute location close to train station and colosseum. Some of the facilities may be undergoing repairs and shower was weak
Pros: Located on Cavour, it was close to the Roma termini station and within walking distance from colosseum. Also the doors felt secure. The host provided detailed instructions to make check in easy
Cons: The water pressure on the shower was weak. The property may be undergoing some renovation or something as microwave and coffee machine was placed above an empty cabinet. No AC in the kitchen area and unclear how to use the kitchen vent. Also initially garbage disposal was not clear
