We enjoyed our stay it was just the niggles that was a bit of a let down

Pros: Was nice and big and good location clean lovely beds

Cons: Heating didn’t work in Lounge couldn’t get microwave to work and shower in main bathroom fell apart

Pros: Great location close to Metro and major attractions. Large main bedroom, lounge and patio.

Cons: Although fully functional, apartment is dated. Can hear some street noise from bedroom.

Beautiful

Pros: It was great. The air-conditioning was amazing (it was 34 degrees outside and the apt was super cool). The beds were really comfortable. We had the main room and my two daughter shared the other bedroom - one slept in the mezzanine and her only complaint was that there were no sockets that she could find. The showers were quirky and I loved the apartment!

Cons: Nothing… I was in Rome, with the people that matter the most to me and we loved it!

Pros: The apartment was fabulous. It was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. Mario, our host, met us on arrival and spent a lot of time making sure we settled in. He even took us to the local supermarket and the local deli to buy some delicious supplies. The location is superb and within walking distance of many attractions and amazing restaurants. There is a taxi rank and bus stop at the bottom of the street for those who want to travel outside the local area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we hope to be back . Thank you Mario 😊

Pros: Location very nice. Close metro. Big appartment, fully equipped, excelent wood ceilings. Lot of wardrobes. Metro was unfort. with pickpockets ready in Termini, take care!

Cons: AC units would need quick restoration- all 3 units, not cleaned for long time, not funcioning display. One of them stopped to work during our stay. Sofa in living room has destroyed surface almost fully, covered with blanket for better look. funny. Second family bed is to low and hard. Room above is not for tall.

Great location and facilities for a city break in fantastic Roma

Pros: Location -next to metro and 10 mins walk to Spanish steps and to the start of the main city centre. Size and facilities - huge inside, nice en-suites, Fabulous main bedroom and decent 2nd. Nice outside space AND roof terrace

Cons: Not much we didn’t like. If pushed some might find second bedroom a bit different with stairs to roof terrace and no bedside tables. Road outside is very quiet for Rome but don’t expect countryside quiet

Pros: Ideal location in the city center. Very helpful and friendly host.

Pros: Fantastic location, big spaces in the apartment, tastefully decorated - easy to pickup and drop off keys, lovely friendly host.

Cons: One of the two showers was not great, but we managed fine. The positives outweighed this by a long way. Still recommend this place and plan to return

Place is HUGE and close to Public transportation.

Pros: Hosts was fantastic. They met us at the parking garage, communicated with the parking people to tell them when we were leaving. Helped with our luggage to the apartment, about 5 minutes away. Apartment was HUGE. Everything you need, 3 beds, full kitchen, washer/dryer. Had an outside patio with table and chairs. Would of been nice if it was warmer. The metro and bus lines were right around the corner. Grocery store was around the other corner. The Trevie fountain was 750 meters away.

Cons: Nothing. Place met all expectations.
