Cathy Apartment

Excellent place!

Pros: Excellent apartment. The building is gorgeous, old fashion but very well kept. The lift was also old-fashioned and very fun to ride. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and easy to find. We absolutely loved staying here and will stay again for future trips to Rome. The hosts are adorable, they were super helpful and were quick to reply to messages. The metro is 5min walk “Bologna” and only a few stops to the centre. There is also lots of restaurants and convenience stores right outside the building. Great area.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like is that we though there was private parking available but it turns out it was public on road parking, although we didn’t have too much trouble to find a space, but you have to pay.

Pros: Owners are very nice,responsive and helpful Location near metro and bus Appartement is cozy

Cons: No kettle or coffee machine

An excellent stay!!

Pros: The location is great!!!! Metro, bus and taxi station are all nearby!!! Great cafes, and pizzas are also outside your front door!!!The apartment has everything you need. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Airconditioning is great because the weather was extremely hot. The owners are very kind and helpful. In general our stay was great!!!!

Pros: the street is busy but the apartment is a quiet place. the location is perfect as a starting point for trips. metro stop very close.

Perfect apartment for exploring Rome

Pros: The apartment benefits from a good location in a student neighbourhood and is a short walk to the Bologna metro station. There is a Lidl nearby (5 to 10 minute walk) as well as a small grocery (1 minute walk). The apartment is also on many bus routes. Spacious kitchen and living room. Clean bathroom with shower. The apartment is located on the 9th floor and was nice and cool despite the hot weather.

Cons: If you don't like heights you may not like being on the top floor of the building. There is an old-fashioned lift but if you walk the stairs it is somewhat unnerving that there is only a hip-height banister and a void going all the way down to the ground floor.

Pros: Very nice flat, near to metro station also train station. Many outlets nearer to building also supermarkets

Pros: Located in a really good place. Silent and well equipped. Near an excellent bar to have a breakfast or an aperol spritz ❤️ Opposite located a market with vegetables or bakery. We love the place and love the city also.

Great apartment

Pros: Great apartment and area. A lot of cafes. Nice host.

Pros: Posizione molto comoda, vicino alla metro. Appartamento grande.
