Pros: The entrance etc isn’t impressive but don’t let that put you off. The apartment is beautiful. Excellent size with all the amenities you require. Really quiet at night. Bus stop is a 2-3 min walk away and same for taxi rank. Excellent restaurant about a 5 min walk away. Shops about 5-10 min walk and there’s a vending machine in the property that sells everything that is not overly priced for a machine. Even sells alcohol 🤣. Host was super helpful. My son is studying there for a year and they offered him their phone number if he needed help while there. Messaged us beforehand to say someone would be out to fix a leak but it was already sorted before we arrived. Always quick to respond to my messages and very helpful sending us links etc. I would highly recommend this property to explore Rome. It’s a super property and great value.

Cons: Couldn’t fault this property. I’d have to be really petty to do this.

Pros: Appartamento nuovo pulitissimo spazioso e ben fornito! Addirittura nel bagno c'è la piastra per capelli oltre al phon bagnoschiuma ecc.. nel frigo abbiamo trovato acqua latte poi biscottini ecc..
