Location, Location Location

Pros: Location outstanding for UN FAO if on business and similarly excellent for visitors to Rome and to the Colosseum, Forum and Palatine Hill. Also one minute from Metro, Tram and Bus on Aventino

Pros: This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations, the staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly, and the bed was remarkably comfortable, the bathroom was extremely clean and had a good selection of toiletries

We loved it so much the first time, we had to come back again (during the same trip)

Pros: I loved all of it - having spent last Saturday night (22nd November 2025) here. We enjoyed the experience so much that we changed our plans mid week and came back to Rome to spend our last night here (Thursday 27th November 2025) before we flew back to Scotland

Cons: I loved all of it - the staff, the room, the amenities, the proximity to the city centre, a wee bit of heaven in Rome.

A little piece of heaven in central Rome

Pros: Loved the villa - very mid century and with all the features matching. Breakfast was also very good as was our room - which felt as if it had been modernised quite recently. Bed was very comfortable and the courtyard setting is wonderful. Location was excellent for access to metro and walking to the Coliseum etc.

Cons: Nothing coming to mind - the experience was vert good.

I will reserve this hotel next time when I visit FAO, Rome.

Pros: The services were very good. All staffs took care of customers. The breakfast was also very good. The room always cleaned and comfortable for working.

Cons: The picture of a smoking guy in the room made me scared at first time I got in the room. Moreover, it will be excellent if there is a bottle of water as complementary.

Perfect romantic trip

Pros: It’s a great property in stunning grounds, giving the feeling that you’re in the country side yet you’re only a 10 minute walk from the Colloseum. We managed to explore the Vatican, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Trevi, etc all on foot. Some really nice bars and restaurants on the next street too. Staff are all excellent. Very friendly. Perfect.

Calm leafy oasis with all of Rome on the doorstep.

Pros: Location was incredible, so easy to get to all of the major sights with short walks and plenty of bus routes and the metro station. It felt like a little oasis right in the middle of the busy city. The room and bed were huge and very comfortable, I loved the mid century/70s vibes of the hotel, this was unexpected. The pool was nice to have although we didn't use it much since it wasn't quite warm enough.

Cons: As per other reviews the lighting in the room was very confusing and unnecessary. It was hard to be able to turn all the lights off at night.

Pros: This oasis in the middle of Rome was everything one could dream of! The pool was such a highlite, I felt I was in a movie. While located to close to metro, busses, colosseum, and city centre, it was so quiet and secluded. The breakfast was very nice. It took us five minutes by subway to get to the hotel.
