Pros: Very nice and comfortable apartment. With two separate bedrooms and nice comfortable kitchen, renovated bathroom. Actually the whole flat was fresh, renovated and super clean. Super nice host, they answer all my question, helpful and opened people. they tried very much to make our staying in Roma nice. We left the apartment very late in the afternoon and there wee no problem. I highly recommend this place for everybody. The distance from Metro A about 10 minutes but when you are walking back home you get arrange grocery (nice market opened 24/7) with all you need, And you will find also restaurant and snack bars, cafeterias , \

Home away from home
Pros: Everything! The hosts were so friendly, lots of communication, they left us goodies and were very helpful throughout the trip! The apartment was wonderful. The bathroom/tub was out of this world amazing- lots of hot water, being able to soak after walking all day was great! The showers pressure was great! The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood safe- my two teens and I walked late at night and had no issues. Lots of restaurants around and markets. Metro a short walk away. If you want to come to Rome, and experience living like a local, yet being fairly close to downtown, this is the place. I can't wait to come back to Rome, and stay here again. (In the one Pic my son had already disturbed the bed- it didn't start that way lol)
Cons: Not necessarily a didn't like, but a suggestion- the tub is slippery, so used a hand towel on the bottom when showering. Also the tub is higher up, so a suction cup hand rail for us older short folks would be helpful.

“Un rifugio vero: caldo, pulito e con persone che ti accolgono col sorriso.”
Pros: Ho soggiornato al Rifugio del Quadraro e mi sono trovato benissimo. L’appartamento era molto pulito e accogliente, e la proprietà è stata incredibilmente disponibile: nonostante il mio arrivo fosse molto più tardi dell’orario previsto, non hanno fatto alcun problema, mi hanno aspettato e mi hanno accolto con un sorriso. L’alloggio era super attrezzato: macchina del caffè, acqua, biscotti, tè e tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Inoltre l’appartamento era così ben riscaldato che si poteva stare comodamente anche a maniche corte. La zona è tranquilla, in una strada privata silenziosa, ma allo stesso tempo vicina a bar, negozi e ai mezzi pubblici per raggiungere facilmente il centro di Roma. Esperienza davvero positiva: consigliatissimo!

Pros: La posizione è molto comoda. Si arriva con la metro, in 9 fermate da Termini e con un breve tratto a piedi. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, non sembra proprio di essere in una grande città. L'appartamento è molto pulito e accogliente. Il letto degno di un hotel di lusso. Infine l'host è gentile, disponibile, ti accoglie personalmente al check in. 10 e lode!

Perfekte Unterkunft um Rom zu erleben
Pros: Von der Unterkunft ist die Innenstadt von Rom in 30 min mit der Metro zu erreichen - die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind schnell erreichbar. Lohnenswert sind darüber hinaus Touren durch das Viertel, in welchem die Unterkunft sich befindet. In den kleinen Geschäften und Kaffees ist Rom abseits touristischer Attraktionen (und ohne deren Begleiterscheinungen) zu erleben. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was wir als Reisende benötig(t)en. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vor allem: Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Pros: Pobyt w tym obiekcie był absolutnie wspaniały! 🥰 Już od pierwszego dnia czułam się tu jak w domu – właściciele byli niezwykle mili, pomocni i zawsze dostępni, gdy tylko czegoś potrzebowałam. Mieszkanie było czyste i przestronne, a na powitanie czekały na nas przekąski i woda. Właściciele byli tak mili, że dostarczyli nam żelazko, którego potrzebowaliśmy :) Lokalizacja okazała się idealna – spokojna okolica, a jednocześnie bardzo blisko stacji metra, którym można było dotrzeć do wszystkich ważnych miejsc i zabytków. Cały pobyt był prawdziwą przyjemnością i z pewnością wrócę tu przy kolejnej wizycie w Rzymie. Serdecznie polecam ten obiekt każdemu, kto szuka komfortu, gościnności i prawdziwie rzymskiej atmosfery!

Ottima casa vacanze!
Pros: Tutto quanto, casa molto pulita e con tutto il necessario, proprietarie molto gentili, cosa molto importante ci hanno fatto trovare alcune bottigliette d'acqua e qualche snack super apprezzati dopo il lungo viaggio.

Hervorragende Unterkunft in Rom ❤️
Pros: 🫶 ALLES 🫶 Eine absolut wundervolle Unterkunft in Rom. Die Eigentümer wunderbare Damen, alles sehr, sehr sauber, ruhig & großzügig gehalten und liebevoll eingerichtet. Hier fühlt man sich rundum wohl. Großes Appartement, alles da, was man benötigt, gemütliche Betten, in 5min an der Metro. Ca 15min Fahrt mitten in das Zentrum.Supermarkt direkt an der U-Bahnstation, Tickets im Shop daneben. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, beim nächsten Besuch in Rom. Einfach Perfekt 🥰 DANKE
