Wonderful accommodation with everything I needed and a truly amazing host
Pros: This accommodation was absolutely perfect. The apartment was beautiful — I would move in instantly if I could. It had everything I needed, the location was great, and it was very close to the metro, so getting to the city centre was super easy. The host was incredibly kind and warm. He was even willing to wait for me when I accidentally went to the wrong location, and he kindly saved a parking spot for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay — highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment
Pros: The apartment is located in a quiet area by Roman standards. However, this also means that it takes quite a long time to get home, especially at night. The apartment is spacious, has a comfortable bed, and basically all the amenities you need.
Cons: As far as the kitchen equipment is concerned, I don't understand the other positive reviews. There were no bowls, cutting boards, large knives that were capable of cutting anything, or dish towels. And there was exactly ONE normal butter knife, and it was bent.

Brilliant
Pros: This is a true Roman life experience. The B&B is located in a part of Rome not too far from the Vatican, but it’s best reached with a bit of local knowledge. The peripheral neighborhood offers an authentic Roman atmosphere, with traditional bars and osterias. St. Peter’s is just a few minutes away, and there’s a nearby pine grove where you can run and exercise. At this time of year, the presence of air conditioning and the overall quietness of the place are a real plus.
Cons: I did not appreciate the commuting, which is somewhat complicated, especially for those less experienced with travel and Rome, as well as some minor inconveniences that were, however, promptly addressed and resolved.

Comfortable and quiet place with exceptional hospitality
Pros: A wonderful advanced apartment with many well thought out details to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. 6 min walk to the supermarket with all kinds of food. Internet works great. The area itself and the apartment are quiet and safe. Exceptional hospitality! The host really cares to make your stay comfortable and enjoy sightseeing Rome. The location is good. You can get to Vatican from the nearest metro station in 12 min.
Cons: A walk to the closest metro station is not too long but it is not short either. The apartment is somewhat dark but it can be easily balanced out with the different types of lights. Sometimes I couldn’t unlock the doors easily. Many perfume devices all over the apartment created too strong aroma but it was easy to fix.

Ottimo soggiorno!
Pros: La casa è come nelle foto e descrizione. Ottima posizione per la metro Battistini comoda, supermercato vicino, come la pineta per una passeggiata nel verde. L'appartamento è ben tenuto, pulito e con tutti i servizi base. Davide è un proprietario attento e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa durante il soggiorno, oltre che sulla scrivania si trovano anche tutte le informazioni di cui si può aver bisogno. In questi 3giorni mi sono sentita a casa, grazie!

Pros: Non solo solita a lasciare recensioni ma stavolta mi sono trovata così bene che è d'obbligo. Il proprietario di casa, Davide, è stato gentilissimo sin da subito, mi ha aiutato a capire dove fosse situata la casa e mi ha spiegato tutto in modo eccellente. La casa è davvero meravigliosa! All'interno ci sono tutti i comfort e credo sia la struttura più pulita dove sia mai stata. Pulizia impeccabile davvero, la casa è stata sempre profumata! Inoltre, è molto luminosa ed è vicino alla fermata di metro/bus, ho raggiunto il lavoro/centro di Roma facilmente. Grazie mille per avermi ospitato! Tornerò presto 😊

Pros: Nos sorprendió! El departamento es más lindo que en fotos y bastante amplio, la cocina muy bien equipada, encontramos el departamento muy limpio y todo en muy buenas condiciones. La ubicación me pareció perfecta porque necesitaba quedarme cerca a la casa de amigos.
Cons: La calefacción era por horarios y el departamento no estaba tan caliente todo el tiempo.

Sentirsi a casa anche se lontani 500 chilometri
Pros: L’accoglienza di Davide, il proprietario, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. La struttura era pulitissima e ben curata. Tutto veramente perfetto anche la zona molto centrale e tranquilla. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Pros: красиво, чисто, все функционально, все работает. Хозяин отзывчивый, ответственный. на кухне достаточно посуды, есть немного продуктов и кофе, джем, мюсли. в душе горячая вода и хороший напор. мыло, гель для душа, полотенца, фен- все необходимые мелочи есть. недалеко расположен магазин, парк, остановка автобуса для поездки в центр города,

Unauy agradable estancia para conocer Roma
Pros: El apartamento está perfectamente pensado para que tengas una estancia cómoda y relajada durante tu visita a Roma. La cama es simplemente perfecta, gran descanso tras una dura jornada de andar y visitar lugares emblemáticos La terraza si hace bien tiempo, también se disfruta mucho Ningún pero al alojamiento
Cons: Le falta un microondas, algo que te saca de un apuro rápido para desayunar o preparar un plato precocinado El barrio es tranquilo y la estación de metro más cercana está a unos 15 minutos andando, lo cual no es lejos pero tampoco cerca. Mejor con los buses, pero ya dependes del tráfico y peor horario que el metro Las llaves tienen su truco para abrir, pero se maneja bien
