Pros: Excellent location, next to bus stops and metro station or 30' minutes walking distance from the city centre. The Vatican museum entrance is 3 blocks away and about 10' minutes walk to the Vatican city entrance. The apartment is lovely, spacious, bright and very clean with all the amenities. Gianmarco is an excellent host! Very kind and super helpful! We had a really lovely stay! Thank you Gianmarco for everything!

Pros: Gianmarco was super helpful before we arrived with detailed check in instructions. The apartment was lovely, so spacious and everything we needed. He had left great recommendations of places to see and to eat and he was super responsive over WhatsApp when we had questions. Also such a great location for exploring Rome with some lovely, quieter restaurants nearby.

Pros: The apartment was spacious, comfortable for maximum 6 people (with 2 bathrooms and 2 comfortable double beds and a comfortable couch for 2 people), it had all the necessary equipments in the kitchen and the bathrooms and the cleanliness was completely adequate. The Ottaviano metro station is 5 minutes away, St. Peter's Basilica is 8-10 minutes on foot but there are also 3 bus stops within 200 meters, there is safe even at late night. Traffic is heavy in the evening at the area but the apartment is soundproof. The owner was helpful and kind, communication was smooth and easy on WhatsApp. In terms of accommodation in the city, the price-value ratio is great. Highly recommended.
Cons: Everything was fine, just a suggestion: minimal traffic noise filters in at night despite the soundproofing, so if you can only sleep in complete silence, it's a good idea to bring earplugs.

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment. It was incredibly comfortable, with cozy beds and a fantastic location that made exploring Rome so easy. We did encounter a minor issue with one of the toilets, but our host was quick to assist and genuinely understanding about the inconvenience. Their responsiveness made a real difference, and I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. It truly enhanced our stay in Rome!

Pros: Everything was very conform standards. It is very accessable to every point of the city. You feel very welcomed from the entrance of the building, a very suit garden is at the center and than the appartment is very confort. The staff is very welcoming, communicative and available up on every request. I strongly recommend to both youngest and to families.

We spend four nights in the apartment and it was the perfect base for exploring Rome, we loved it!
Pros: The apartment is in a perfect location, close to the Vatican, in a very nice area, with cafes, shops, supermarkets and a great food market nearby. We walked to the centre from there but also used the metro and bus- both have stops nearby. The apartment was modern and clean, had everything we needed and made us really feel at home in Rome!

Pros: Everything! It is spacious, modern, full of light, with high ceilings and beautiful flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped. We had everything to cook our own breakfast and dinner. The apartment has two separate bathrooms, two bedrooms and a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed. The beds are huge and very comfortable. We had a wonderful view from the balconies (the property has 4 balconies), one from each room and the kitchen. It is also very well located. Just a 5 minutes walk to Vatican snd Ottaviano metro station. The neighborhood is vibrant and absolutely safe. The hosts are very nice people, always friendly and welcoming. I will definitely recommend this apartment to all of my friends!
