Excellent location and comfortable stay!
Pros: The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk from Cipro metro station on line A. It's situated on a quiet and pleasant street, which made our stay very relaxing. The check-in process with the host was smooth and easy. The rooms were clean and had a lovely balcony. Shared bathrooms were cleaned daily, which was a big plus. We appreciated the possibility to have tea in the morning and borrow dishes when needed. The beds were comfortable, and the bedding and blankets were soft and cozy. Overall, a wonderful experience – highly recommended!

Pros: Guilano met me personally, great host, better accommodation than I expected, two shower rooms , a kitchenette thst was very handy Easy access to get in the building,and into the flat very close to metro which gets you to the touristy places very easily and quickly

Wonderful stay – perfect location, spotless room, and a very warm welcome from the host!
Pros: Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The location is perfect – everything within easy reach, which made exploring Rome so convenient. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made my friend and me feel truly at home. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back on my next visit!

Amazing job!!
Pros: It was close to Vatican 10 mins walk, super safe location, the host was really polite and explained me everything. It was super clean I was really surprised. It even had sweets for breakfast and cereals, I got towels for use. Super super good!
Cons: I just didn't like the isolation because you can hear neighbours in the room nextdoor talking. So if it bothers you earplugs help. But everywhere in Rome is pretty loud so it's not a big deal.

Clean place to get your head and explore Rome perfect HQ 🙂
Pros: Self check in so didn’t see the staff, everything was great nice room comfy, first time staying in a room that had a shared toilet/shower facilities but it was spotless, even had all the shower gels etc which was really good, had a little breakfast area with bread,jam & kettle with coffee and tea, honestly it was great value for money for two people, can’t complain very happy :)
Cons: Nothing perfect for value :)

Pros: Nice location and very close to metro making is easy to travel to Romes many historical sites and the supermarket nearby was very good. Guliano was communicative and hospitable which made our stay very pleasant.

Pros: The room was very clean, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the entire apartment was cleaned daily. A big advantage is the two separate bathrooms, which make the stay much more comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent — Giuliano is very kind, helpful, and always available. If you’re coming to Rome for an AS Roma match like I did, staying at his place is the best choice — he’s a true tifoso! The location is also great: close to the metro, the Vatican, and Stadio Olimpico. Highly recommended!

Very nice stay!
Pros: The room is spacious for two people. The space was tidy, clean, and quiet. The communication was smooth - check in and out too. They let us check in early, which was very sweet and helpful! The location is convenient - around 7 minutes walking from the train station. I’d definitely recommend.
