Pros: The rooms were ready earlier than the time for check-in and they let us get in. The staff was very friendly. You get some toast, jam, coffee and tea for the first day. The towels, if needed are changed every 3 days, you can pay extra to change them earlier. Location is pretty good.

Cons: The bed was maybe too soft for my liking but it wasn’t such a big deal and didn’t bother me.

A nice,safe place to stay. Check in could have been easier

Pros: A nice place, safe and quiet. The host was responsive and willing to help. Ok location close to Vatican.

Cons: The check in has an online system that allows you to open the front and apartment doors through your phone. Nevertheless, the registration process requires you to not only input the id number but to also upload images of your documents front, back, holding them under the face etc. Since booking.com was used to book the apartment I felt uploading photos of my id to any third parties, other than showing it to the host, to be a bit intrusive.
