Pros: The interior was pleasant, also it was super clean and well located.

Pros: Exactly as described and had a boutique/ hotel feel despite being a guesthouse. Comfy beds, fresh breakfast, free parking, very clean and good location.

Cons: I found it odd that I didnt have a control for the air con alrhough Giuseppe turned it on for us on our first night. Our final night my son was so hot he couldn't sleep from 4am. That's my only issue .... very odd in my opinion

Pros: How clean and nice was the room. It was exactly the same as photos.

Cons: Prefer to have more breakfast options especially for kids.

Pros: The rooms were clean, private parking is a plus. Gated community. Good location. Friendly host.

Cons: No A/C control. A/C stopped working in the late evening leaving us in a room at 28º C. Couldn't get a hold of the host. Unfortunate event but harsh sleepless night.

Pros: I liked that it was just outside the city so we didnt have to drive in the city and Guiseppe was happy to arrange a taxi each day for us too. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and bathroom was good. It had the mechanical blinds which feels safer and shuts out the light for a good night's sleep. There was a very small mini fridge in the room. The air-conditioning was great after a very hot day of sightseeing and made sleeping much more comfortable. The breakfast guiseppe provided was delicious, now my kids are comparing all crossaints to guiseppe's.

Cons: Not ideal location for families as we were not able to use the kitchen to prepare meals. The kitchen was only usable during breakfast time when G uiseppe was serving you. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make our own tea and coffee.

Pros: An excellent location for a city break in Rome. The apartment is clean, tidy and comfortable. Everything is perfectly looked after by Giuseppe who is kind and always ready to support. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to spend a few days in the Eternal City.

Pros: The location is quiet,the room was very clean and mr Guissepe was very polite and helpful

Pros: The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Giuseppe is a really nice host and makes you feel well looked after. Breakfast is freshly prepared and tasty. Easy access to Rome's sites, but car is needed.

Pros: Guiseppe is the best „centauro“ in town. Very helpful. He also managed to get us an authentic dinner reservation including recommendations for parking opportunities. The room and bathroom was very clean and modern. Perfect coffee and Italian breakfast. Thanks for all and your help with our rental car problem, which could be solved by the way!
