Great location and big rooms. Great brekfast.

Pros: All was fine, brekfast, location ist the best, but they need a detailed cleaning of bethtrooms.

Cons: Cleaning (bathroom is modern but old need to be cleaned in detail)

Staff and location are great, with lots of restaurant options, hero landmarks and shops nearby.

Pros: Staff were super helpful at the check-in site, with maps/directions, taxi app suggestions and hop-on hop-off bus tour info. We were able to leave our bags securely before check-in time and explore to maximise our stay. We also enjoyed the location.

Cons: A few wear and tear repairs needed - our lovely curtains were hanging off the window in a few places and the bedside lamps were damaged. We thought the floor tiles were really dirty but I scrubbed them and no dirt came off!? Must just be the tile colour! Carrying our bags up and down the stairs but we were aware of this and was a bit of a work-out!

We got this place for good price, staff was very friendly.

Pros: Excellent location!!! Middle of Rome! I might want vegetables and salad for breakfast, but I understand that we are in Italy with different traditions.

Cons: broken shower, non-working towel dryer, lack of glasses in the room, no place to hang towels in the bathroom, no shelf in the shower cabin

Pros: The apartment was in a perfect location which gives you the opportunity to explore all the sights of Rome by foot. Also the gentleman in the reception at Rome king’s suite was absolutely kind and helpful, we thank him a lot. Definitely recommend it for group of friends who want to explore Rome
