Great apartment in a great location in the city.

Pros: Great location! Clean apartment and good sized for an EU city. Well equipped. An added bonus is the milk, juice, coffee, tea, etc provided. Would definitely stay here again if I returned to Rome.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Fabio’s place in Rome. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, and clearly prepared with great care. There were so many thoughtful details inside the room — from snacks and espresso capsules to small but meaningful touches like the diffuser attachment for curly hair on the hair dryer. These details really made us feel at home. The location was absolutely perfect. During our 3-day stay, we were able to reach all the main attractions simply by walking. Everything was close, yet the apartment itself was calm and relaxing. Fabio was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt welcomed. Thank you so much for everything. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.

I would highly recommend this apartment as a fantastic place to base yourself while exploring all Rome has to offer!

Pros: Fantastic location and nice to have more space than a hotel. Fabio was fantastic to deal with too.

Cons: My husband wasn’t keen on the mattress but he’s super fussy. I thought it was comfortable.

Would definitely stay again!

Pros: From the beginning the communication was fantastic from the host. He organised us an easy transport from the airport and someone met us as the apartment to go through everything . The apartment was in a great location, walking distance to everywhere! Was on a main street but did not notice noise. It was very clean and well maintained

Cons: Just be aware the shower is very small! It was manageable but for very large people it may be difficult!

Pros: This apartment was clean, comfortable and absolutely in the centre of Rome. You can walk everywhere from here. Quiet at night. Fabio was great at communicating and answered all our questions promptly. Nothing was too much trouble at all.

Pros: The apartment was absolutely amazing, in the center of everything and our host Fabio was one of the best hosts I have come across. Nothing was a problem and he went out of his way to accommodate any request. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Will definitely be back
