Overall excellent location and lovely flat

Pros: Location was excellent, really good size. Loved the road it was on, nice places to have a drink and near some lovely shops. Liked how close it was to the colosseum.

Cons: It was further from the Vatican than we thought. A welcome pack of wine, milk etc would have been good considering the price of the stay and late arrival. Some cleanliness issues, some of the bowls were dirty, the t towel stained and my son said the sheets weren’t clean in his room

Absolutely superb, loved everything about it

Pros: Lovely spacious areas, especially the bedrooms. Absolutely stunning property and very clean. Would highly recommend

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like except the lift up to our apartment, which wasn’t a problem at all as we used the stairs

Top tier Monti accommodation

Pros: Location, roomy, updated, blackout, clean, numerous pillows and blankets, kitchen well equipped and functional, larger elevator, comfortable furnishings. Staff was incredibly responsive when contacted and was accommodating to our early arrival to drop off luggage.

Cons: Check in was a bit mismanaged and rough-previous tenant still occupying and we had to leave all our luggage inside with the strangers. Our food that we placed in refrigerator was thrown out after returning to apartment later. Rep was rushed and abrasive and this affected our first impression. One of the shower drains was clogged - regular maintenance would avoid this issue. Overly bright light fixtures - dimmer switches needed or lower lumen bulbs for softer hue. A few details missing like paper towels, dish soap, a cord to rechargeable light in master and sufficient towel hooks in bathroom. Bedding was comfortable but comforter did not fit duvet - luxury details falling short. Mattress enclosures would also enjoyed. Clothes washer but no dryer-be advised.

Ideal für 3 Paare bzw. 6 Personen

Pros: 3 separate Schlafzimmer (2 zur Straßenseite - etwas lauter, 1 zum Innenhof), 1 Ess-/Wohnzimmer, 1 voll ausgestatte Küche, 2 Bäder. Die Wohnung war sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Für 3 Paare ideal. Supermarkt direkt nebenan, Colloseum fußläufig (15-20 min). Einige gute Restaurants in der Straße.

Cons: Probleme (nachts) mit Gestank in einem der Bäder (Kanalisation?!). Tagsüber war es o.k.
