Vatican Balcony

Would consider staying here with a smaller group, 4 to 6 people.

Pros: You can see the doom of St.Peter from the balcony. 10 15 minutes walk from Vatican Square. The stores you need are close by, lock restaurants used by locals two minutes from the entrance.

Cons: Could have been better equipped with cutlery etc, understand it is difficult to keep that in order in an apartment that are on short time rents. We managed, it ok.

Fantastic location, accessible, close to bus, train and st. peters sqaure.

Pros: The location is great. just 600m from St. Peter's square. Check-in experience was good as one of the helpers was kind enough to help us check-in and even carried some of our luggage. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. Overall, a very comfortable and peaceful stay. Most importantly, the night time view from the balcony is very nice. you can see the dome of St. Peter's basilica.

Cons: One small thing. the size of the elevator (lift) is rather small. At the max, you can carry 2 luggages. So, if you have like 5 6 bags, you have to do 2, 3 rounds to get your bags. But, again, this is not a big issue.

Overall recommendable

Pros: Beautiful view absolutely amazing. That view is fantastic. You have access to everything around. Ok beds not bad. Good space to do everything. Good information were given.

Cons: The elevator was not working, only sometimes didn't work which was really difficult because it was on the top floor. We had to walk all the stairs in warm weather and tired. The air conditioning sometimes worked and sometimes it didn't which you definitely need air conditioning in any of your stay in Italy.

Pros: Great view of St. Peter's dome, cozy apartment

Lovely location, friendly owner, safe area

Pros: Amazing location, we walked around Vatican and Rome, if you are ready to walk at least 20000 steps per day is perfect. We got there by car and for 3 days haven’t took it out of the garage. Amazing owner that gave us loads of info . Big apartment, slightly dated furniture but for the location, I’m fine with it .

Cons: The sofa in the living room is quite uncomfortable

Pros: No complains at all. Great location, close to Vatican and bus station. Very spacious and clean, warm. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, friendly staff, amazing view…

Great location in lovely spacious flat

Pros: Spacious and clean with everything you need. In the extreme heat we had the air conditioning and washing machine were invaluable - couldn’t wear anything more than one day! Frank always on hand to assist and very friendly. Balcony had a view of St Peter’s basilica which is only 200m away as the crow flies. Great flat on 4th floor……and has a lift!

Cons: Nothing. All good

Quiet location near the Vatican with all the comforts of home

Pros: Apartment was comfortable, clean and very spacious. View of Vatican from balcony was lovely. A little old fashioned, however, had all the comforts of home. Washing machine was a great bonus as was air con. A bit out of the way of main city, however, bus and train was only a five min walk so access to all major sites was easy. Plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby. Frank was wonderful and arranged taxi to the airport for us. Check in was smooth. Thank you Frank, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated your assistance throughout. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Cons: Shower was a bit tricky to navigate, but this was the only thing.
