Great location with spirit and atmosphere in heart of Rom

Pros: The owner Lucia is a very friendly and empathetic person.m, which welcomed us at the apartment like friends. The apartment is very nice and fantastic located. It’s really in the heart of Roma.

A wonderful place to visit and stay in Rome.

Pros: The location is perfect, at 20-30 min walking from main sites of interest. The views from the apartment (by the east side of the Pantheon) are breathtaking (as in the pictures, no less). The apartment as such is very nice, charming and confortable. Last but not least, Lucia, the owner, is exceptionally nice, helpful and professional. No doubt, if we pass by Rome again we would try to stay at Lucia’s.

Cons: Difficult to find something negative. The only thing we missed is a lift, but you cannot have everything, especially if you want a view over the pantheon!

Perfect Host, perfect apartment. perfect stay!

Pros: perfect location, great and spacious apartment nicely decorated in very good condition and very clean with a well equipped kitchen. The host Lucia is amazing. She waited for us in the apartment to show us everything and gave great recommendations on restaurants and activities. It was great and i hope to come back for a bit longer soon. You can't get a better place to discover Rome.

Amazing stay

Pros: Centrally located and yet private. Easy access to everything. Comfortable stay with all amenities and restaurants at the door step. Excellent host. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful location with a wonderful host.

Pros: The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. You really can't beat this location...having a view of the iconic Pantheon out your window makes this an extraordinary experience. Lucia is a kind and wonderful host.

Pros: 宿泊前から丁寧な連絡を入れて鍵の受け渡しや生活する上で必要になりそうな事を文面で送るだけではなく、きちんとしたコミュニケーションを取ってくれました。安心感があるオーナーさんです。お部屋も綺麗に掃除してあり、水回りも清潔感がある良いお部屋でした。部屋で過ごす時間が長い方なので快適なソファーで居心地が良かったです。場所はパンテオン目の前でどこの観光地に行くにも便利。美味しいレストランも徒歩で移動可能な距離にあります。近くにスーパーもあり生活するのも便利です。

Cons: 少し階段があるので重い荷物がある時はトランクの荷物を分けて置くと便利です。
