Very nice apartment

Pros: Amazing host; the apartment is clean and has everything that you need and it is close to the train station

Pros: Great spacious apartment, has a private yard with lemon and other fruit trees, that actually had ripe fruits on them! The fridge was working a bit strange at first, seemed to be remotely controlled (it would reset any manual changes to the desired temperature), but it was promptly fixed by the host once I contacted them. Kitchen was decently equipped with glassware, cutlery and cookware, and had a stock of some basic products like coffee, salt, sugar, some dry pasta, etc.; a gas stove, microwave and oven were also in place and worked perfectly. The only comment I had was about the drain in the shower, it was very slow and water tended to build up in the bottom. Otherwise a very clean and well-equipped apartment, and the host, Matteo, was very helpful and speaks English fluently, which was extremely helpful for tourists like myself.

Pros: La struttura era super accogliente, spaziosa e pulita. Noi e la nostra cagnolina ci siamo trovati molto bene, soprattutto usufruendo dello spazio esterno presente. La casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, lontana dal centro ma ben collegata con i mezzi.

SUPER Consigliato

Pros: È una casa davvero bellissima, molto ordinata, grande e pulita! Ha tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno e anche di più! La casa è molto ampia con 2 camere e un divano letto anche nel soggiorno, ogni stanza ha il condizionatore che è perfetto per l'estate afosa che stiamo passando, c'è il WiFi e la tv in ogni stanza, la cucina è completa e ci sono stati forniti anche caffè e tè da poter preparare con marmellata e simili per la colazione, per ogni dubbio ci sono depliant completi ed esaustivi posti all'ingresso, il bagno è fantastico e la cosa più bella secondo me è il cortile, un cortile con giardino esclusivo per questo appartamento dove poter stare tranquillamente! Punto in più è il self check in (non tutti lo fanno, a noi è stato molto molto utile). L'host è stato gentilissimo, risponde molto in fretta ed è molto attento alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti: perfetto!

Cons: Parcheggio in strada, che ha comunque molti posti ci siamo dovuti allontanare solo una volta

Pros: Appartamento dotato di ogni confort e pulito. Zona ottima. Ottimi i collegamenti con il centro di Roma. Siamo stati proprio bene!
