Pros: It is exactly as pictured. Beautifully designed, comfortable bed and high quality pillows, new kitchen appliances, very, very clean. Temperature is easily controlled.

Cons: One night the outside door stopped working at 11 pm, and there was nothing the host could do. Could not get into the building until almost midnight. One of those crazy unusual things. I expect they fixed it right away.
