Roomy apartment close to public transport to Rome central.

Pros: Excellent location, the apartment was just a short walk to the main piazza where we caught the tram into Rome central. The carpark was located inside the propeerty grounds and there was a locked boom gated for security. The apartment was very roomy.

Cons: The apartment was very tired with old furnishings. We were unhappy with the bath situation as it was advertised as a two bathroom apartment, there was only one bathroom and a powder room. The main bathroom had a shower nozzle however we were unable to hang it up to shower handsfree as the holder was broken. Compared to other apartments the amenties weren't as spotlessly clean as we would have liked. There was some mould in the bathroom and the hot water was intermittent. Slightly overpriced for what we got.

Pros: Appartamento molto ampio e ben illuminato. Fornito di tutta l'attrezzatura, posizione ottima per la vicinanza sia a Ponte Milvio(300 m.) che alla fermata del tram (100 m.).

Soluzione ideale per eventi allo Stadio Olimpico

Pros: Appartamento ampio e ben organizzato come spazi. Silenzioso. Climatizzazione efficiente. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per raggiungere senza mezzi di trasporto lo Stadio Olimpico. Parcheggio privato di disponibile. Accoglienza ottima.

Cons: Il secondo bagno non è dotato di doccia o vasca da bagno, ma solo di lavandino. La pressione dell’acqua in generale era molto scarsa in tutti gli impianti e l’acqua calda nella doccia talvolta non c’era.

Pros: Ampio, luminoso in un ottimo condominio in un quartiere tranquillo lontano dal caos del centro. La titolare sempre gentile e presente per ogni richiesta

Cons: L appartamento è segnalato con due bagni quando in realtà è un bagno e un servizio con 1 wc e una vaschetta senza una diccia/vasca. Il getto dell' acqua e spesso insufficente
