Una scoperta TOP

Pros: Posizione indubbiamente strategica, a un passo da San Pietro, taxi e bus e molto tranquilla. Ideale per una coppia o una famiglia di 4 con buone gambe per fare i gradini fino al quarto piano! Tutta la palazzina ha appartamenti affittabili, quindi top anche per più famiglie. Pulita e ben tenuta, letti comodi, cucina fornita e i terrazzini sono la vera chicca! Buona anche la disponibilità dei gestori.

Cons: Tutto ottimo! La pressione dell’acqua è ok per la doccia ma non arriva l’acqua calda per lavare i piatti.

Generalnie przyjemne doświadczenie z kilkoma drobnymi rzeczami do poprawy

Pros: Lokalizacja, wielkość apartamentu, wysoki sufit powiększający optycznie pomieszczenie, ciepło, dużo gniazdek, obok wejścia punkt z przechowalnią bagażu, mnóstwo restauracji więc późną nocą jest opcja jeszcze wzięcia czegoś na wynos, cisza w nocy.

Cons: Niskie ciśnienie ciepłej wody zarówno w łazience jak i w kuchni, brak zmywarki (w połączeniu z poprzednią uwagą sprawia, że zmywanie naczyń było bardzo niewygodne), zepsuty prysznic (uchwyt do słuchawki zamocowany na gumkę). W kuchni np. niektóre patelnie wymagałyby już wymiany, bo mają podrapany teflon. A akurat się przydają do podgrzania czy to pizzy czy to makaronu. Generalnie dobrze by było, gdyby właściciel lub firma obsługująca apartament zrobiła co jakiś czas pełne sprawdzenie. No i dla osób z problemami kondycyjnymi - to 4 piętro w kamienicy. To tak jak 6 piętro w normalnym budownictwie. Trochę się trzeba nachodzić.

Pros: La posizione fantastica , appartamento ben attrezzato e comodo e 2 terrazzini super funzionali.

Cons: Il bagno da rivedere, poca pressione d'acqua del bidet e doccia da sistemare.

Muy buenas ubicación y confortable

Pros: Ubicación, las camas cómodas, el apartamento es confortable, la calefacción muy bien.

Cons: La luz interior del edificio entra en la cocina/salon del apartamento. Un poco molesto porque un par de días los huéspedes de otros apartamentos encendían muy temprano.

Pros: ממליצה בחום את הדירה הזאת! אהבתי פשוט הכל! גם מיקום,גם הדירה ומה יש בה. בעל הדירה מריו גבר מקסים הסביר לנו הכל. בתוך הדירה היו בטריות חימום,מיטה נוחה. מטבחון מאובזר בכל מה שצריך. והחלום -טראסה ענקית עם ספסל ושולחן וכיסאות עם נוף מהמם! כל בוקר עם קפה וערב עם כוס יין פשוט ישבתי שם!)

Cons: לא מצאתי אולי קומה אחרונה והמון מדרגות....אבל קצת ספורט לא יפריע))

Pros: Fantastische Lage, das meiste von dort zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gut ausgestattet mit Terrasse. Viele Bücher für Menschen die noch lesen können. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super séjour en famille

Pros: Très bien situé : à 2 pas de la place Saint-Pierre, mais dans une rue calme. Travsersant avec 2 petits balcons/terrasses, l'appartement est très agréable et chaleureux ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille ! Salle de bain et cuisine propres. Bonus : Une consigne à bagages au pied de l'immeuble pratique pour prolonger la dernière journée ! :)

Cons: Très lumineux grâce aux vitrages mais, donc, pas forcément très sombre la nuit ou le matin (notamment avec l'ouverture vers la cage d'escalier). Pas très bien équipé dans la cuisine (il manque des couteaux, un épluche-légumes, des couverts en général). Un petit coup de propre sur les balcons serait parfait pour le petit-déjeuner dehors ;)
