Highly recommend and would go back!!

Pros: Super responsive, flexible, and kind host!! Fantastic location! Great apartment for price.

Cons: Only thing missing is there were no forks and knives which was odd, as otherwise there was a full kitchen!

For us was perfect

Pros: My friend a I were there for a week in june 2025. Everything brand new, comfortable beds and nice a bathroom with big shower. Best part is the location. The apartment is near the vatican (10-15 min walking) you can reach Colisseum area by underground/tube in 10 min (closest stop is 5-10 min walking) It is an area where citizens of the town live, so you can go to a restaurant or a cafe an almost everyone there will be italians who live in roma. The prices of the restaurants and cafes in the zone are surprisingly good, a normal dinner (2 pizzas/pasta and 2 drinks is in 25-35€ range total). We ended up dinning in the neighbourhood almost everyday.

Cons: Even though for us was not a problem, I have to say that it lacks a sitting room with a sofa and a tv. The area near the kitchen has a big table and chairs but for watching tv and lie down you will have to use the bedrooms (every bedroom has a tv) As I said for us was not a problem but maybe you need that kind of space.

Pros: Appartement très bien situé . Quartier sécurisant, proche du centre historique, du Vatican et de tous les incontournables de Rome . Appartement très propre, literie de qualité.

Cons: Un peu succinct en ce qui concerne l’équipement de la cuisine .

Estancia placentera, en un lugar distinto de la Roma caótica.

Pros: EL departamento estaba muy limpio, la decoración es agradable. El anfitrión muy atento y dispuesto a solucionar todos los inconvenientes que puedan surgir.

Pros: Situato in zona residenziale tranquilla e ben servita da locali, supermercati e tutto ciò di cui può esserci necessità. Metro a circa 10 minuti a piedi, fermata bus a meno 5 min. Ideale per raggiungere lo stadio olimpico che dista ca 20/25 minuti a piedi. Noi eravamo li per un concerto. Appartamento ordinato, pulito con tutto l'essenziale e spazioso per 4 persone. Host gentilissima e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato anche le fette biscottate con le marmellate. Tornerei sicuramente 😊

VASCO ROSSI: UN MITO!!

Pros: La nostra scelta è stata dettata dalla posizione in quanto stavolta l'obiettivo era il concerto all'Olimpico. Comunque ci siamo resi conto che è perfetta anche per raggiungere il centro città. L'appartamento è in seminterrato, rivelatosi fresco per le giornate roventi che il meteo ha riservato. Climatizzazione comunque efficiente. Pulito e ben arredato. Facile accesso online. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è corretto tenuto conto di Roma e in anno giubilare

Cons: nulla. un piccolo microonde potrebbe essere utile

Вълнуващо преживяване!

Pros: Един от чистите и богати квартали в Рим! На близко разстояние до метрото Ottaviano! Ватикана и Базиликта също бяха в близост до апартамента, където бяхме отседнали!

Cons: Единственото, което не ни хареса, беше, че имаше леко усещане на задух и влага в апартамента!
