Pros: The location, the accommodations and comfort - everything was great. The place is spacious, clean and cozy! The hosts are responsive, flexible and assisting. The area is safe, lively yet calm, out of the way of the crowds but close enough to be perfect for walking to almost everything. We’ve been there twice and I am already looking to book it again soon!
Cons: The only downside is having to go to the bathroom through the bedroom but it’s not enough of a hassle to dampen the overall experience.

Modern, comfortable and clean, top located, spacious apartment
Pros: The apartment and building are very nice, top location walking distance (approx or less than 1km) from Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Colosseum, Barberini square. The place is spacious, nice spacious bathroom, comfortable and clean. The hosts were welcoming, friendly and very helpful, providing recommendations and tips for tours, restaurants, connecting fare from/to airport. Near the apartment there are pretty good restaurants and Gelaterias.
Cons: I wish there would be washing/dryer machine for best convenience while traveling with kids, but this didn’t hinder our experience.

Très bon séjour passé dans cet agréable appartement idéalement situé.
Pros: Emplacement idéal, entre la gare centrale et le coeur historique. Pour de bons marcheurs, aucun besoin de prendre un transport motorisé quelconque pour visiter les lieux emblématiques de Rome. Quartier sûr et assez animé. L'appartement est agréable et la cuisine fonctionnelle.
Cons: La propreté n'était pas parfaite (sol, poignée du réfrigérateur...). Odeurs d'égouts dans la salle de bain.

Best appartment ever !
Pros: Appartement très bien situé : à 20min du Colissé, de la fontaine de Trevis et du centre historique. à 5 min des supermarchés, pharmacie et station de métro. Très propre et spacieux. Lit extrêmement confortable et douche avec une pression incroyable :-) Immeuble très calme.
Cons: Rajouter un deuxième torchon dans la cuisine. Nettoyer le sèche cheveux qui est plein de poussière. Vérifier que tous les ustensiles de cuisine sont propres car ce n’était pas le cas :-(

Elegant location minutes away from main attractions
Pros: This property is very well located, minutes away from major attractions like Traiano’s column and Victor Manuel monument and next to the Forum and Coliseum. It is a modern decorated and minimalist apartment in very nice building with a functional old style elevator. The building has a concierge during certain hours (‘portiera’ if you are familiar). The metro and stops for main buses are walking distance. The kids loved the sofa bed. It’s a Natuzzi (if you are a connoisseur and know the brand, it is real leather and top design… the Ferrari of sofas).
Cons: Nothing in particular that we did not like. The street noise is noticeable at times (mainly because of ambulances) but you’re in Rome and the double paneled windows plus electric operated blinds will save you the hassle. Also there’s independent air conditioning in both rooms. We had some issues with it and the property management took care of it in no time.
