Good value for the money

Pros: Good location, near to bus/ metro stations for main local attractions Shops nearby Fitted kitchen with all appliances needed for longer stays Wifi and parking available Safe and secured apartment

Cons: Improvised bedroom, right up above the living area, very close to the ceiling and no windows around it. Had to climb up some stairs that had no rails to reach the bed. Feeling tight and claustrophobic Very narrow area for the shower room and toilet, luckily we managed to fit in as slim enough

Pros: It’s very comfortable and home like, it’s not too far from the center and yet it still has the ,, true Italian” vibe

We were always pleased to know we had such a lovely space to come to after a hot summers day in Rome!

Pros: Had everything we needed! Lovely hosts, comfy bed, clean space, effective a/c when we needed it and the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The location was perfect for exploring Rome on foot or via public transport. The breakfast bits and homemade olive oil were a lovely unexpected extra too!

Cons: The shower temperature fluctuated a lot and the toilet space was a bit tight (tall people might find their knees touch the wall), but these were minor issues compared to all the positives!

Ottimo!

Pros: struttura attrezzatissima, confortevole e in un ottima posizione. Host molto disponibile e gentilissima. Soggiorno ottimo e casa pulitissima.

Cons: Si sente un leggero rumore del treno quando passa ma non é fastidioso, il bagno é stretto e assente di bidet ma attrezzato con asciugamani, asciugacapelli e piastre per l’acconciatura!

Pros: Patogus, jaukus butas ramioje vietoje, netoli viešojo transporto. Maloniai nustebino kavos apratas su pakankamai kavos, sultys, vanduo, pienas bei makaronai. Vonios kambaryje pakankamai rankšluosčių bei higienos reikmenys.

Pros: El piso estaba muy bien distribuido y pudimos gozar de todo lo que tenía. Un 10 de estancia

Cons: Las medidas del baño un poco pequeñas para una persona de más de 1.85.

Agradable estadía

Pros: El apartamento es completo. Posee todo lo necesario para una estancia placentera: cama en un altillo algo bajo, sofá abajo, baño completo, cocina, lavarropas, TV, aire acondicionado. El lugar es tranquilo y se descansa bien.

Cons: El acceso es por escaleras a un primer piso. El tema de las llaves para 3 puertas puede mejorarse pues a veces cuesta abrir. La cama en el altillo no permite incorporarse, pero no es problema. Hubo un problema con el calefón y vino la familia un domingo y lo solucionó, pero quedó funcionando en forma irregular. Seguro lo solucionan pues es muy buena gente y dispuesta.

Pros: Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Rom gegeben und war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und die Gastgeberin hat uns sogar Kaffee, Nudeln und Brot zur Verfügung gestellt.

Pros: Alloggio piccolo ma funzionale, molto carino e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno. Vicino c'è la fermata del tram che in 15 minuti (3 fermate) sei a Termini. L'host super disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.

Cons: C'è solo un po' di rumore ma qui va a piacere, il rumore è dovuto in quanto vicino alla stazione treni / tram
