Very comfortable stay close to restaurants, grocery store, and St. Peter’s local rail line which requires only one chang

Pros: Secure, newly renovated, clean, starter pack of soaps and detergent. Close to a rail station, bar for morning coffee, and next door to a couple of good restaurants.

Cons: No access to washing and/or drying line but this may be common for Rome properties.

I recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.

Pros: My friends (a married couple) and I spent three wonderful days in this apartment. The apartment is in a great location – within walking distance of the Vatican and the historic Old Town, making it an excellent base for exploring Rome. The interior is well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. One of the major advantages of the apartment is that it has two bathrooms, which was especially convenient for our group. The host was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always available to help with any questions or requests.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Pros: Vom Check-In bis zum Check-out hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Obwohl wir Ludovica nicht persönlich antrafen, war die Kommunikation per WhatsApp unkompliziert. Das Apartment befindet sich im 4. Stock eines sehr gepflegten Wohnhauses und ist mit einem kleinen Aufzug zu erreichen. Es liegt hinten raus und somit ist es sehr ruhig. Die Räume des Apartments waren genauso schön wie auf den Fotos. Alles neu renoviert, sehr sauber und wir hoffen, dass die Gäste sorgsam damit umgehen, damit dies auch lange so bleibt. . Für uns war die Lage sehr gut, ca. 600 Meter zum Vatikan und eine gute Taxi-Anbindung zum Flughafen, ca. 30-45 Minuten, auch Bushaltestellen sind in der Nähe. Da wir die Stadt zu Fuß erkundet haben, waren es zur Spanischen Treppe ca. 3km und zum Kolosseum ca. 4km. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich einige Restaurants und Cafés.

Cons: Uns hat alles gefallen und kommen gerne wieder.

Agradable piso moderno

Pros: La localización del apartamento, está cerca caminando a la Basílica de San Pedro (no es la mejor zona exterior pero es aceptable). Los restaurantes de abajo sin duda una gran recomendación. El apartamento es moderno, amplio, limpio. Tiene una habitación para 2 muy cómoda y bonita y un sofá para 2 super cómodo (alquilé para 4 personas). Lo mejor del apartamento tiene 2 baños completos. La anfitriona es muy amable y está pendiente de todo, gran comunicación con ella.

Cons: Tienen un piso de alquiler contiguo con paredes extremadamente finas se escucha todo y puede llegar a ser molesto el ruido (dependiendo quien alquile el otro apartamento). Faltan cosas de limpieza en el apartamento.
