Pros: The house is very large and every room is very comfortable. This is the best accommodation experience we had in Italy. At first, we didn't understand the power supply and the circuit breaker tripped. The owner was very patient and helped us solve it. I highly recommend staying here.

Cons: If I must make some suggestions for improvement, maybe we can improve the wifi speed to make it faster. Also, when taking a shower at the same time, the water in one shower may be hot and cold.

Pros: Great and spacious apartment. The location is great, and I truly recommend this apartment, especially for big families.

We stayed for 4 nights with a family of 5. It was a wonderful experience.

Pros: This was a newly renovated apartment - very clean and modern. It was also very spacious - three bathrooms were very welcomed for our family of 5, with grown children. The beds were very comfortable and large, even the sofa bed. The location was just great - we could walk to any point in the city. We knew we were going to visit Vatican City at least twice throughout our visit - this apartment is so close - it was wonderful.

Pros: Zona centrale a due passi da San Pietro. Appartamento spazioso e accogliente.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment ! Very very comfortable beds and pillows! Very clean and good organized. It is not cheap, but it worth it. Everything in the apartment is new and working properly. We had a great stay there. The service is nice also. After we had arrived, they asked whether we needed something. We asked for more laundry tablets (there was only one). The stuff proposed us to buy and refund us for it.

Cons: When i was performing on line check in, i discovered that i need to pay 100 euro for cleaning. When i asked the stuff about this, they explained that it was written somewhere in the apartment description. It was. I checked afterward. But if it is a necessary option, make it part of the cost of the apartment. But this is the only thing that i didn't like. The apartment is truly very good.

Pros: The appartment itself is very aesthetic. That was very pleasant to stay in a place like that. Since we were 5 girls we were happy to have 4 bedrooms but if you come as a family then you probably will lack a living room which doesn’t exist. Kitchen was tiny with almost no supplies but it didn’t matter to us as we were staying for one night only and didn’t plan on staying indoors.

Cons: The biggest disappointment was a cleaning fee which was charged separately, wasn’t mentioned or included in original price and was as high as 50% of the total amount we have paid. Considering we did stay for just one night that was very unexpected and not at all pleasant. I was trying to find this charge in property policy and I couldn’t find it but we left with no choice but to pay as out check in instructions were given to us only after cleaning fee payment was complete. No bueno!

Um ótimo apartamento, com uma localização fantástica apenas a rever alguns pontos

Pros: A localização muito boa, muito perto do metro e a uma pequena caminhada do Vaticano A casa grande e quartos espaçosos

Cons: Tendo em conta o preço pago por noite o alojamento devia ter outras comodidades que não tinha: torradeira, varinha mágica ou triturador (ficou difícil fazer a sopa para a bebé) A pressão da água nas casas de banho era insuficiente Não havia produtos de higiene pessoal (gel de banho ou champô) O sofá-cama era desconfortável As luzes eram uma grande confusão Quando foi para fazer o check in pediram 100€ de taxa de limpeza, no booking dizia limpeza diária mas nunca foram limpar nem trocar toalhas nos 3 dias de estadia.

Pros: Casa expectacular. Íbamos tres personas y cada uno con su habitación y su baño. Súper acogedoras cada habitación da la casa con su aire acondicionado. La cocina nueva u con todo lo necesario. Los baños con secador de pelo en cada uno. Cafetera con cápsulas de café y agua fresca en la nevera. Una decoración preciosa que te acompañaba al relax y al descanso después de largas caminatas por Roma. Volvería sin duda. No tuvimos problemas en coger las llaves y en nos respondían rápido ante cualquier duda. Lo recomiendo al cien por cien.

Cons: Si tengo que decir algo quizás es que estaba un poco alejado del centro pero nada preocupante. Si está cerca del vaticano y de la basílica De San Pedro. Pero nosotros hacíamos el camino andando y así aprovechamos y vimos Roma aunque hay transporte público pero lo hicimos casi todo andando.

Pros: Molto Bello, molto vicino a San Pietro, communicazione gentile, risposte immediatamente, appartamento spazioso, netto..... quindi tutto a posto Grazie! Andreas
