Great place for a short stay, friendly host and homely atmosphere

Pros: The apartment has everything one needs for a short stay. Good communication with the host, comfortable option of self check in, we arrived at a late hour and entered without any problems. Lorenzo, the host, is very attentive and kind. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment and olive oil, salt, pepper etc and coffee capsules.

Cons: Not a downside but to have in mind that the to reach the Colosseum it is a walk uphill or alternative longer way through the city - may be uncomfortable for people with mobility issues

Pros: A 10 minuti dal Colosseo a piedi, spazio esterno all’aperto con ombrellone, cialde per il caffè, proprietario e condomini cortesi e cordiali.

Cons: Nulla, tutto perfetto.

Boa hospedagem.

Pros: Boa localização, super fácil para fazer o check in, não tivemos problema alguma nos dias que passamos hospedados.

Cons: Não tenho o que destacar.

excellent séjour sur rome à domus erasmo

Pros: l’appartement très agréable , propre , bien équipe et bien chauffé (chauffage central et climatisation pour l’été) dans une résidence calme. notre hôte Lorenzo est très disponible, répond aux messages aussitôt, a eu la gentillesse de prendre nos nouvelles en cours de séjour pour voir si tout se passait bien. Nous avons trouvé dosettes de café nespresso et sachets de thé ainsi que de eau fraîche au frigo à notre arrivée . l’accès à l’appartement de façon autonome est très facile. la proximité des sites touristiques, nous avons pu tout faire à pied, en sachant que divers moyens de transport se trouve à proximité bus à 100m ,metro un peu plus loin mais le bus nous emmène facilement , un supermarché est à 300 m. Je recommande cet appartement.

Se torno a Roma ci ritorno!!

Pros: Appartamento molto luminoso e completo di tutto, anche di terrazzino privato con tavolo e ombrellone. Posizione tranquilla, non centralissima ma comunque comoda, a 10 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo. Lorenzo si è reso subito disponibile tramite mail e whatsapp, per ogni nostra necessità.

Buena estancia y relación calidad-precio.

Pros: Muy buena la atención recibida por Lorenzo. Nos gustó el detalle de dejarnos café para todos los días y agua.

Schön, sauber und gut gelegen

Pros: Die Unterkunft hat alles geboten, was man während einer Reise benötigt und ist recht groß. Die Küche war, soweit wir gesehen haben, gut ausgestattet, so dass man auch Essen darin zubereiten kann (Wir waren allerdings immer auswärts essen). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sah genau aus wie auf den Bildern. Außerdem war es sehr ruhig. Es ist kaum Verkehr um die Unterkunft herum und die Nachbarn hat man auch wenig gehört. Die Lage ist ganz gut um schnell zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu gelangen. Man kann entweder 10-15 min zu Fuß gehen, dann ist man in der Gegend Kolosseum - Forum Romanum oder man fährt mit dem Bus, der 1 min entfernt von der Unterkunft hält. Ein gutes Lokal zum frühstücken findet man auch in 1 min Fußweg. Der Gastgeber war außerordentlich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierhin kommen, wenn wir in Rom sind.

CONFORTEVOLE E STRATEGICA

Pros: piacevole e all’insegna della comodità il mio breve soggiorno romano alla Domus Erasmo. A soli 2 km dalla Stazione Termini e a pochi passi in più da alcuni dei luoghi storici più iconici di Roma, quali il Colosseo, San Giovanni in Laterano e la Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. Zona ben servita anche dalla metropolitana e con una più che soddisfacente scelta di locali e trattorie tipiche. Appartamento accogliente, pulito e ben fornito, Domus Erasmo ha subito conquistato i primi posti della mia top ten dei preferiti per i prossimi soggiorni nella Capitale. Degni di nota l’accogliente letto e l’ampia doccia.

Cons: nessun problema rilevato
