Pros: The flat is located outside Roma center, so in a much more quiet area and neighborhood, which is quite relaxing after the usual crowds in city Very nice and qualitative building and apartment. It also looked secured, with external and closed gate. The flat is spacious, with all you need for a comfortable stay, as if you were at home: nice and well equipped kitchen, spacious balcony with view on a school, so far from car pollution. It was lovely to take breakfast there. Comfortable bedroom as well. We felt at home immediately Carrefour supermaket closeby, as well as all necessary shops, and some restaurants Small and pleasant park just next to the gate

Cons: Nothing at all, as we have really enjoyed our stay in this flat, that we strongly recommend. Still, to reach perfection, I would suggest some little improvements: - change the top on the sofa, to make it more attractive - mattress in the bed was quite soft. It was not a problem for us, and we slept very well. Still, have it changed would further upgrade the comfort - as we're young, we didn't have any issue finding our way in the flat, as soon as arrived. Still, if welcoming was very friendly by the lady who gave us the keys, we didn't get that many explanations from her, as we were not fluent in Italian, and as she didn't speak so much English. Luckily, the owner was very helpful on the phone or whatsapp I also need to mention that the flat is about 1.5km from Battistini metro station, which takes about 15min by walking. Bus 889 would significantly reduce the walk, but it's absolutely not reliable. We could only catch it once in a week. Something to keep in my mind for people having difficulties with walking

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta para mi situación familiar en roma. La casa está completa y tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para hacer tu estancia lo más agradable.

Pros: Arredi e stanze in generale struttura ben fornita per ogni esigenza. Ci sono solo piccole accortezze da sistemare.

Cons: La doccia del bagno manca la tendina per non far andare gli schizzi su tutto il bagno quando si fa la doccia. Detto questo l unica accortezza magari sarà poi quella di mettere una sorta di veranda per la lavatrice che si trova sul balcone.

Pros: Zona residenziale tranquilla. La metro é a 25 minuti a piedi. Si trova parcheggio per l'auto.

Pros: Es un departamento ligeramente amplio con las comodidades necesarias. En una ubicación cercana a todo, nosotros rentamos un carro y las ubicaciones nos quedaban a menos de 20 minutos.

Soggiorno fantastico vicino al centro di Roma

Pros: Bellissimo appartamentino in un contesto silenzioso e tranquillo. Parcheggio molto comodo, sotto alla struttura. Vicinanza alla metro cui si giunge a piedi in 15 minuti. Piccola cucina ma con tutto ciò che serve. Un magnifico bar per la colazione poco distante.

Pros: Appartamento ben posizionato con spazi nel verde. Siamo stato 8 giorni con i nostri ragazzi che si sono sentiti a casa. Volevamo riaffittarla per la fine del mese, ma era già impegnata. Sembrava di esserci già stati. Parcheggi liberi all'esterno e non sembra neanche di essere a Roma perché l'appartamento ti permette di raggiungere ogni punto facilmente, ma sei in una zona tranquillissima. La proprietaria è stata veramente disponibile e ha saputo venire incontro alle nostre necessità. Meritata recensione top per la sua gentilezza🙏🤍 Grazie
