Nice place to stay in Rome

Pros: 1. Very good location (2 min walk to train station which has connection with Trastevere station and so with airport, 10-15 min walk from Vatican, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, Carrefour store in the same bulding). 2. Convenient keys collection once you get into the bulding. 3. Apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. 4. Air-conditioning.

Cons: 1. Rather poor soundproofing, you can hear what's going on in other apartments and on the staircase but it didn't bother me significantly so it was minor issue. 2. The toilet flush works rather poorly but probably noone can do anything about it - in general it was minor issue. 3. Suggestion for owner: please provide instruction how to get to apartment earlier both in whatssapp and booking.com because once I arrived to the address was waiting about 10-15 mins to get instruction.

Pros: It's very close to the Vatican. There are great restaurants nearby. It's a 25-30-minute walk to Rome city center, but you're walking past the historical places. The house is very comfortable. The balcony is especially beautiful. I sat on it throughout my stay :)I came by motorcycle, there is parking space. I recommend this home.

Pros: The apartment is fully equipped. They have thought of everything you need in a house and made it available. Kitchen utensils, coffee and tea, snack chips, breakfast snacks, all were ready as a treat. Just below there is a market that will meet all your needs. On a spacious balcony, you can relax in the evenings, partly enjoying the view of San Pietro. The host was also very helpful. We did not have any problems, you feel like your own home. The location is also very close. Although there is no metro stop nearby, there is St. Pietro railway station (regional train) right next to it. But you can reach the Vatican area in 8-9 minutes on foot. It is a quiet, decent place. I recommend it.

Pobyt w Rzymie był udany. Kochamy to miasto, pomimo drobnych niedogodności.

Pros: Mieszkanie jest przestronne i wygodne. Pomieszczenia są spore i dobrze urządzone. W sypialni jest bardzo duża szafa. Jest stamtąd blisko do przystanków autobusowych i stacji kolejowej. Do Watykanu można dojść spacerkiem. W tym samym budynku sklep dobrze zaopatrzony a w okolicy mnóstwo restauracji.

Cons: W mieszkaniu było chłodno, więc ogrzewaliśmy się klimatyzacją. Do przykrycia się w łóżkach były tylko narzuty, co było dość dziwne. W opisie mieszkania był prywatny parking, jednak go nie było a postawienie auta przy ulicy było niemożliwe z powodu braku miejsca. Musieliśmy wynająć miejsce w garażu za 30 euro za dobę.

Muy cercano al Vaticano, al lado!!

Pros: La ubicacion, a pocos pasos de la plaza de san pedro, mucho comercio y conexion directa al transporte publico porque esta al lado de la estacion de trenes de Roma San Pietro que te conecta con otras ciudades, metro y aeropuerto

Cons: El baño, lo remodelaria, y que te cobren el impuesto municipal aparte. Es algo generalizado en Italia que te cobren ese impuesto, tienes que tener efectivo transferir

Pros: Gostitelj prijazen, lokacija super zelo blizu trga sv. Petra, v neposredni bližini je žel. postaja san Pietro od koder prideš v Termini oz. se pelješ samo eno postajo in prideš na metro A - postaja Aurelia. Stanovanje je lepo opremljeno. Prevzem ključev je enostaven. Gostitelj nam je pustil celo marmelade, nutello, brijoše in kafe. Pod stanovanjem je zelo dobro založena trgovinica. Tudi parking smo imeli.

Cons: Manjkajo noži.

Pros: Dairenin konumu çok iyi.Tren ve otobüs durağı çok yakın.Araba için özel park yerini kullandık Tarihi yerlerin hepsine yürüyerek gittik.Market hemen binanın altında. Vatikan a çok yakın. Evin içinde herşey düşünülmüştü . Kahvaltılar, soğuk su,kahve, diş fırçası,temiz havlu, terlikler,kulak temizleme çubuğu bile konulmuştu. Eve geldiğimizde klima önceden açılmıştı ev serindi. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi mesajlara hemen cevap verdi.Bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordu. Bina sakin ve nezihti.

Cons: Her şeyini sevdim. Hiçbir sorun yoktu.
