Roman gem

Pros: Great apartment. Very clean, very comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was close to a metro station (10 minute walk). There was a pharmacy across the street and a grocery store no more than 15 minutes away. Domitilla was fantastic when we arrived. Very friendly, very helpful. It was a busy street during the day, but quiet at night.

Pros: die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe lief sehr gut. Wir wurden vor Ort getroffen und bereits kontaktiert Seitens des Gasgebers bei der Landung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Sehr kurze Wege in die Altstadt. Wir konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.

Buen establecimiento y muy bien ubicado.

Pros: La ubicación, fantástica. Las instalaciones y amplitud del apartamento.

Cons: No tiene ascensor y es un tercer piso de un edifico de techos altos. El equivalente a subir por empinadas escaleras, cuatro pisos. No es recomendable para personas con problemas de movilidad o que no tengan buena forma física.

Sentirnos en casa

Pros: La comunicación fue muy fácil y rápida al igual que la llegada, Domitilla estaba allí cuando llegamos y nos enseñó el alojamiento y como funcionaba todo. El apartamento era muy amplio, para nosotros lo mejor la habitación, muy luminosa y con vistas y la cama muy cómoda. El baño y la cocina también eran amplios, reformados y muy cómodos. Nos sentimos muy a gusto y la ubicación era perfecta para ir paseando o en moto a los sitios de interés. Repetiremos!!

Cons: Se fundieron los plomos en numerosas ocasiones y alguna vez no salía agua caliente.

Overall, I lived my apartment and it was a perfect safe, comfortable and spotless place for personal or business travel!

Pros: It was perfectly located and and had a lot of sunlight! the mornings were wonderful to just sit by the window.

Cons: It was a four flight walk-up - with my luggage. I didn’t mind on a daily basis. The challenge was on my last day getting my luggage down. It was still worth it though. It was a small thing but - I felt annoyed that the property did not provide additional toilet paper and paper towels (past the one provided of each). I’ve stayed many different places over the past 15 years in Europe and didn’t experience that. I purchased additional rolls and left them there for others. I also purchased coffee. With that said I do not regret my decision. I wound rent again.
