Germanico Apartments

Pros: Niccolò our host was exceptional, super helpful and responsive, it was a pleasure to deal with him. The apartment is located a few metres from the metro station and a few minutes walk from the Vatican in a very good neighbourhood. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfy. The fridge was filled with ice tea and chocolates which was a nice touch

Cons: The kitchen was a bit too small for our group but we only used it for breakfast so it was not a real issue

Pros: Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Owner Alessandra was very helpful! Will recommend 👌

Un espai molt recomanable, molt ben comunicat i amb tots els serveis ben aprop.

Pros: La situació, la neteja i la comunicació amb l'anfitrio. L'aire acondicionat, imprescindible en dies molt calorosos.

Cons: Manca de pressió d'aigua a l'apartament petit i a l'apartament gran no vam poder cuinar, no funcionaven els fogons. El llit auxiliar de l'apartament petit no és molt còmode.

Pros: The location is excellent. Walking distance to Vatican is the most that gave away. Also the restaurants and shops when you stepped out of your door is the best. The apartment is also very clean so we made sure we keep it that way when we checked out.

Cons: There is no lift or elevator. It is on the 2nd floor. We had loads of luggage coming from a cruise and several countries after so we hoarded quite a bit.Also the washing machine is not working.

Pros: La posizione a due passi da San Pietro e dalla metro in un quartiere pedonale pieno di locali. L'appartamento è spazioso e comodo, stanze grandi, letti comodi e silenzioso. C'è tutto l'occorrente per prepararsi la colazione. Il proprietario è disponibile.

Cons: Nulla. Abbiamo avuto solo un piccolo inconveniente con le chiavi ma risolto senza problemi.

Wunderschöne Tage in der ewigen Stadt

Pros: Sehr zentral aber total ruhig im wunderschönen Viertel Prati gelegen

Cons: Uns hat alles gefallen, wer meint er braucht ein Wohnzimmer für den ist es nichts.

Een ruim en fijn appartement op een fantastische locatie

Pros: Een erg fijn appartement op een super locatie. De wijk Prati is erg leuk. Er is veel horeca en het is er gezellig druk. Zeker ook omdat het dicht bij het Vaticaan is, dat ligt om de hoek. Het appartement is groot en heeft drie ruime slaapkamers. Het is een klassiek pand, maar alles ziet er goed uit (precies zoals op de foto's). We hebben er een heerlijke week gehad.

Cons: De slaapkamers zijn super. De leefruimte is wat beperkt. Prima voor ontbijt, maar aan de kleine kant. Verder ben je in Rome toch veel buiten de deur dus mis je het eigenlijk niet zo.

Perfecto para familias

Pros: Eran como dos apartamentos unidos, pero con separación y como eramos dos familias fue perfecto para tener cada una su espacio. Las camas muy cómodas y la ubicación perfecta, zona tranquila cerca del Vaticano y al lado del metro.

Cons: Estaría bien un microondas, o sino un cazo pequeño para calentar la leche.

Pros: Limpieza, orden y cafetera con cápsulas. Estaba muy central y era espacioso. Piezas bien separadas. Instrucciones muy buenas, nos recibieron con mucha gentileza, muy amable la persona que nos recibió. Volvería definitivamente ! 💪

Cons: Nada mal con el apartamento, solo hacía falta algunos instrumentos de cocina y no tenía microondas.
