Pros: I really enjoyed staying in Flat Two. The House was big, the kitchen was well equipped and the host was very friendly and helpful. The House is in the nice neighbourhood, it is quiet and calm outside, but there is near almost everywhere.

Pros: The apartment is a masterpiece!!! The apartment is really gorgeous, comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect and very quite! The architecture of the building is amazing! The owner is friendly, hospitable and ready to help! Many thanks to the owner for our fabulous stay and great help in various matters!

Very nice place that needs some updates. Even so, highly recommended.

Pros: The building is beautiful. Tourists go there to photograph it. The location is excellent with many shopping options, restaurants around and public transport right in front. The apartment is very big and chic and the owner is very attentive and helpful.

Cons: Some old furniture was not in good condition, like 2 of the 7 chairs that were too wobbly to be used, a lounger that was already broken as we arrived and a chess table that tipped over and ended up dropping one of the legs, which had already been glued. We ended up paying part of the new restoration. Replacing unsafe chairs and removing non-functional antique objects would greatly improve comfort, specially for family with kids. The apartment can also be quite noisy on weekend nights, as there is a nightclub across the street and until late at night you can hear people talking and singing.

Our stay was wonderful!

Pros: Everything was really great. The apartment is large with a good layout. There is a well-equipped and large kitchen downstairs. Lots of windows and space. Nicely decorated in a beautiful architectural style and design building famous in Rome. The neighborhood has everything you need. Maria, the owner is great!

Cons: Bed linen and towels could be a better quality. Owners need to stop the loitering of Young people outside at night making noise until 3 or 4 especially on weekends. I only have these two minor complaints.

Amazing beautiful building

Pros: Even though it was New Year’s Eve Mr. Cosimo waited us in the apartment to give us the keys at 10p.m. He and Mrs Patrizia are very nice, polite and helpful people. They organized us transfer from the airport and sent me a list with locations of good local restaurants, wine places, coffee places. The apartment itself is in an amazing old building - very beautiful, people on the streets are taking pictures with it. The neighborhood is also very nice and beautiful. The kitchen is big and have everything you need. I totally liked the apartment and the building!!
