Pros: We came to Rome by car and the property was perfect for that because it is close to the highway, offers free parking yet is within 5 minutes walking distance of the metro and a hypermarket. It's a brand new refurbishment with ultra equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing maschine, aircon) and a friendly owner.

Pros: Matta was an exceptional host. The place was very clean and felt like home from the moment we arrived. We parked our car and took metro everywhere, so the location was perfect for our needs. We loved it and would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

Perfect.

Pros: Perfect. Host greeted us to hand over the keys and was very friendly and helpful, answering any of our questions. Two very large and lovely rooms. Everything was very clean and tidy. Lovely little balcony with a view over Rome. Anything you could have needed (e.g oven, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher etc.). Bathroom was excellent. A huge space. Not far from the bus station or metro station which can take you into the centre of Rome.

Cons: Nothing.

Нам очень понравилось!

Pros: Нам все очень понравилось. Хозяева встретили, рассказали где лучше кушать, где лучше покупать продукты, как добираться, куда сходить. В общем провели инструктаж. Сама квартира чистая, уютная, в ней есть все что нужно. Район тихий, рядом метро и недорогой супермаркет.

Cons: Спальня прохладная, но кондиционер это исправляет. Лифт странный. Но это все мелочи, очевидно.

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo! L’alloggio era molto pulito, curato nei dettagli e davvero comodo. La posizione è ottima e tranquilla. Pros: Casa pulita ed accogliente. Host cordiale. Sebbene distante dal centro città, è stata apprezzata la presenza della fermata della metro di Pietrelata a due passi. Centro commerciale a 30 m Ottima soluzione
