Pros: Great apartment with modern furnishings. The terrace area was a welcome bonus, and had I stayed for more than two nights, I would have made more use of it. The apartment was very clean and maintained to high standards. The host met me in person for the check-in and check-out and was very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to friends and also check availability for my next visit to Rome.

Pros: Almost half pf our trip to Rome was spent on the balcony. Amazing view and very comfortable. AC saved us from the heat

AMAZING APARTMENT - SUPERB STAY

Pros: Spacious Apartment, balcony such a bonus. Truly enjoyed my stay and in a really great location. Host was amazing and as my flight was earlier than expected, he kindly let me check in early. Could not fault it :)

Casa accogliente con un terrazzo bellissimo!

Pros: L’appartamento è spazioso, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ha un bellissimo terrazzo con vista su Roma dove poter fare colazione o cenare in tranquillità. L’host molto disponile ed attento alle nostre esigenze! Lo consiglio!

Appartamento veramente confortevole e proprietario gentilissimo

Pros: Il proprietario Francesco è una persona molto gentile e molto accomodante. Si è reso disponibile per piccole nostre richieste senza problemi. L’appartamento è piccolo ma confortevole e ben ristrutturato. Il plus di sicuro la terrazza che vista la stagione non abbiamo potuto utilizzare ma merita veramente. In più da dire che l’appartamento è fornitissimo di tutte le suppellettili oltre che di te e caffè senza oneri aggiuntivi. Super

Cons: Unica pecca dello stabile e non dell’appartamento è le cose ammucchiate fuori il pianerottolo del piano inferiore che rendono il passaggio un po’ disagevole ma in più non pone a favore del decoro dell’immobile stesso.

Pros: Francesco war sehr freundlich, hat mir die Wohnung gezeigt und war für alles was ich noch an Informationen benötigt hätte verfügbar. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Ein Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Schön, komfortabel und sauber!

Pros: Francesco ist ein super Gastgeber. Er hat uns bei Ankunft freundlich empfangen und uns die Wohnung gezeigt. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Cons: Man braucht circa 20-30min mit Bus oder Metro in die Innenstadt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist nicht besonders, aber für uns war es sehr passend, dass die Wohnung nicht im Zentrum war. Wir mögen es etwas ruhiger zu wohnen und für das Touri-Programm, die Bahn oder den Bus in den Trubel zu nehmen.
