GG Vatican Townhouse

Pros: Beautiful apartment, and very friendly and helpful hosts. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Two of the bedrooms upstairs are are quite open with no wall/doors and so are not very private.

Pros: Beautiful apartment in an amazing location. Sarah and Simone are fantastic host. We are 2 families with 4 children, 8 in total. Just perfect. Cannot recommend enough and we will return and stay here again.

Great stay all around and this would be nice place to stay for a vacation!

Pros: The location is great especially if you want to visit the Vatican as it is just right outside the Vatican walls. The apartment block has a lift so that is another great help if you don't want to climb stairs. Overall great apartment and space. Comfy stay throughout for me and my family. It has all the amenities for home cook meals. The AC definitely helped during the hot summer months. Lots of amenities like laundry-mat, supermarkets and restaurants/cafe downstairs and just a round the corners.

Cons: The bathroom upstairs could probably do with a shower curtain. We felt bad that the water kept getting onto the wooden floors and toilet bowl every time one of us took a shower.

Pros: Everything is good quality, new and clean. The rooms are a good size, each room has a bath, the air conditioning is great and well positioned in the rooms, great coffee, good size fridge - they thought of everything. There is an elevator - good size. Downstairs, in front of the building, there are 2 great terraces for eating and drinking and with good prices compared to other places in Rome. Great area for visiting. Suitable for 8 people or less. The bedroom with 2 double beds offers intimacy for each bed.

Cons: The fact that we were charged 20 eur for arriving at 7 pm ( one hour later than accepted on booking). It was not that late to put an overcharge but everything else was great

Pros: Beautiful apartment. Very clean and modern. Brilliant and much needed air con. Perfect location for the Vatican and easy access to the other attraction ons via the metro.

Beautiful apartment with great hosts situated close to local attractions and restaurants.

Pros: It was very close to where we were attending an art workshop and it had all the facilities we needed as three solo travelers, since it had separate rooms for all of us and each one had its own bathroom. Though on the fourth floor, there was an elevator for us to use. The property had been done up very nicely and was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very flexible for our needs and good at communication and even upgraded the Wi-Fi while we were there. We were also very close to the Trionfale market, which was fabulous for supplies of fruit and vegetables for our day and a grocery store literally around the corner for all other bits and pieces we needed. The entrance to the Vatican Museum is literally up some steps and across a road and there are some excellent restaurants only 5-10 mins walk away.

Cons: It is very hard to fault. Just a couple of things to be aware of. The apartment is on two levels and the staircase to the top section is beautiful but needs some care going up and down and the bath/shower can be a little tricky to use for a tall person as it is under the eaves. Having a non-slip mat in the bath would be helpful. Having said that, I would definitely choose to stay in this apartment again if ever in Rome.

Excelente estancia en Roma!

Pros: El departamento estaba limpio y contaba con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Nos recibió Simone , su dueño, quien nos dio todas las indicaciones necesarias para que nuestra estancia sea buena y acogedora. La ubicación es excelente, un lugar tranquilo y seguro, y lo mejor es que se encontraba muy cerca de la entrada del Museo del Vaticano. Hay muchos restaurantes, cafés y supermercados cerca, lo que hace que la estancia muy cómoda. Otro punto importante y no menor a destacar es que el edificio cuenta con ascensor, lo que facilita mucho llegar con maletas. Simone es un muy buen anfitrión, siempre estuvo atento a cualquier consulta que tuviésemos. Sin dudarlo volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

Cons: Nada, todo estuvo perfecto.

The best apartment I’ve been to!

Pros: The best apartment I’ve been to. Very stylish , clean with great location near Vatican museum. There are all facilities you need: air conditioners, coffee machines, hairdryers in every bathroom .There were 4 bedrooms, and 2 of them has their own bathroom. I was surprised to see new technology windows that are opening by pressing special buttons. The building has lift. Owners are so nice,welcoming and helpful people. There are a lot of shops around. Highly recommend!

Cons: There were nothing I didn’t like. Me and my family enjoyed living there.
