Great little apartment close to the Vatican City

Pros: We stayed here for.7 days in November for my 50th! The location was absolutely perfect for us. We walked to most places however the bus stopped right outside the apartment for the couple of times we used it and there was another stop just round the corner. We had booked some tours and 2 of the meeting points were about 2 mins away. The supermarket across the road had everything you need. I am Coeliac so require gluten free food and they also had a good selection for me. The apartment itself is well equipped and comfortable. We are a family of 3 and it was perfect. My son had his own room and ensuite and tv which was great when we were chillin after a busy day. The beds are nice and comfortable and the aircon kept us nice and warm. Both Vicenzo and Mario were fantastic communicating with me both before and during our stay. Vicenzo also gave me details of private hire drivers for transport to and from the airport.

Cons: The only thing I found was the pressure in the shower wasn't particularly strong, especially if, like me, you like the shower hot and the shower head in the ensuite could have been a bit stronger, but i think maybe it just needed limescale removed. Neither issue was a big problem though

Pros: Clean, modern, well equipped appartment in a very good location (near Vatican, metro line, surrounded by restaurants, bars, but not very busy). We got every information about the key and to get in the flat in time. App is convinient up to 5 persons and there are 2 bathrooms! Comunication with owners by Whatsapp was easy.

Cons: A bit noisy in during the rush hours. Kitchen is not fully equipped, but who wants to cook in Rome ? :-)

Great location, great apartment

Pros: Everything was good and it exceeded our expectations. The apartment is clean, spacious, well organised and it has everything one may need. Air con was a blessing! Location is superb, very close to the Vatican and close to convenience stores and good, authentic Italian restaurants.

Pros: The apartment was awesome, very spacious, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean. It felt like a true home away from home. The owner’s communication was outstanding: very responsive, understanding, and always ready to offer helpful tips that enhanced my stay. Thanks to their kindness and support, I was able to create some truly beautiful memories. Highly recommended!

Cons: Nil issues at all.

Pros: If you want to live near Vatican, this place is perfect. Two bathrooms was very convenient for a family trip.

Cons: I think I saw one cockroach, everything else was perfect.

“Make yourself at home”, describes our staying.

Pros: So, a great house in a location very near to the Vatican. Exactly under the house there is bus stop where you can take the bus for all the important sights of the city. The house was clean, pretty spacious and it was very secure. Either for a big family or a group of friends it’s amazing, thanks to the 3 bedrooms (2 and 1 sofa that becomes bed) and 2 bathrooms. Mr. Vincenzo was very polite and on the day of arrival he sent me all the important information about the house. A great choice for your staying in Rome. We surely gonna stay there again in our next visit.

Cons: A very central road with quite a lot of traffic and noise. At some point it was very tiring, but you get used to it so it’s not a big problem.

Fijn ruim appartement, prima uitvalsbasis om Rome te verkennen.

Pros: Vooraf was er contact met de verhuurder. Duidelijke uitleg voor verkrijgen van de sleutel. Het is een rustig appartementencomplex met een lift (appartement zit op de 4e etage). Het is een ruim, schoon appartement met 2 ruime, nette kamers. Fijn dat we ieders een eigen kamer en badkamer hadden. Na een lange dag kun je je dan even terugtrekken in je eigen kamer. Alles zit verder in de buurt, supermarkt, restaurant, ijssalon, bushalte voor de deur. Je zit heel dicht bij het Vaticaan en de Engelenburcht. Maar ook mooie tuinen e.d. vind je aan deze kant van de rivier.

Cons: Wij vonden de kamer vooral geschikt als uitvalsbasis om de stad in te gaan. Echt heel gezellig zitten doe je niet in het appartement. Maar als er een keer een dag slecht weer is, is het prima vertoeven.

Perfeito para uma viagem em família.

Pros: Para o tipo de viagem, adequou-se muito bem! O anfitrião foi super simpático e prestável! Bem localizado junto do Vaticano (que era o ponto alto da viagem) A casa tinha todas as comodidades e era limpa.

Cons: Nada a apontar.
