Pros: Spacious appartment. Close to tram line that takes you to Plazza Venezia. All you need to spend good familia time in Rome

Big comfortable flat

Pros: Really easy to communicate with Valentina, she gave us easy instructions to reach the property and recommendations in Rome. The flat is big and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there!

Cons: The location is a bit further out, but there are buses 2 mins away from the flat to reach the center.

Fantastic place, amazing owner!

Pros: We(2 adults and 2 children) stayed here for 3 nights. This place is very clean, spacious, just like the pictures. For our check in, our flight to Rome was delayed for 3 hours and we almost couldn’t check in because it was very late. But I talked to Valentina(the owner) about our situation. She was so kind and cared, arranged for us so, we were able to check in and stayed this place at the first night. It was very very thankful. Thank you so much. In addition, she kindly told us how to get downtown by bus, about a nearest store to get things without asking.She cared how we had fun in Rome the next day. She is amazing, very sincere. We had very good time here for 3 nights and I highly recommend this place. Thank you again, Valentina.

Cons: The neighbor was somehow very laud. He was screaming at late night for a few hours.

Pros: Very clean Very comfortable Perfect location 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

Casa veramente bella

Pros: La casa molto bella. Pulizia inattaccabile. La signora che gestisce è molto gentile e sempre a disposizione. La zona dove è ubicata è bella e raffinata

Cons: Nessuna metro vicina e gli autobus a Roma sono quelli che sono. Casa praticabile se si è automuniti per girarsi Roma.

Capodanno a Roma

Pros: Accoglienza e disponibilità da parte dei gestori della struttura OTTIME. Pulizia impeccabile. Posizione comoda: fermata del tram 8 vicinissima, con il quale è possibile in 15 Min raggiungere piazza Venezia.

Cons: Migliorabile: i letti nella stanzetta, l'usabilità della vasca in uno dei 2 bagni (manca una tenda o un vetro, quindi scomoda da usare per la doccia), le tapparelle.

Très agréable

Pros: Appartement lumineux, spacieux, confortable, bien situé et très bien équipé (électro-ménager, linge de toilette, vaisselle, etc...). Hôte disponible et réactive. Tout était parfait.

Cons: Rien.

Pros: Abbiamo avuto ttti i confort possibili. L'alloggio si trova a pochi passi da supermercati e fermate dei mezzi così da poter arrivare facilmente al centro. Quartiere tranquillo. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la macchinetta del caffè, ma la proprietaria, gentilissima e molto cortese, ha provveduto subito alla sostituzione.

Cons: Nulla

Pros: Appartement très propre, bien équipé et agréable. Climatiseur bienvenu. À 5 minutes de l'arrêt de bus et des supermarchés.

Cons: Bruyant quand on dort la fenêtre ouverte..

Cuatro noches en Roma

Pros: El apartamento era muy amplio y estaba muy bien equipado. Había sal, azúcar y algunos básicos más. Que tuviera dos baños también me gustó.

Cons: Lo único que indicaría es que al frigorífico le costaba enfriar. No sé si por los calores que hizo esos días, o por otra razón.
