Pros: This place is exactly what you want in Rome: perfect central location. A beautiful historic building in the very heart of Rome, with a stylish, well-designed and extremely comfortable apartment inside. We loved the authentic atmosphere, the cozy interior and the lovely view. Teresa was warm, helpful and very responsive. 10/10

Pros: location couldn't be more central as the name already suggests, nice stay, bed was comfortable, temperature was nice, elevator was a new experience but cool, free drinks in fridge was a nice plus, bathroom/kitchen is modern and clean

Fantastic host, unbeatable location, perfect apartment !

Pros: Location was this perfect. Excellent access to all the sites and some great restaurants nearby. A bus stop downstairs and supermarket 10 yards away, one couldn’t ask for more. The property was refurbished 2 months ago. Installations are new and of good quality. With high ceilings, a small balcony, views to the river, lovely host, warm and cozy there was little at fault here!

We enjoyed our time in Rome and appreciated that the flat gave us roomier place to stay than a hotel

Pros: Teresa is an exceptional host. She met us and gave us an orientation and had recommendations for where to go in the neighborhood. There was a snafu in the building and Teresa went above and beyond to make it so it didn't create any problems for us. There were many thoughtful amenities ranging from some treats, snacks and a couple of beverages to get us started to extra towels. The location of the flat is perfect. We walked almost everywhere though there is good public transportation nearby. We would stay with Teresa again if we find ourselves back in Rome.

Cons: There was not really anything that was objectionable. Could have used a little better reading light in the living room.

Pros: The host is wonderful and was available for any questions we had. The location is perfect for exploring Rome with restaurants, grocery stores and pretty much anything else you would want. We would recommend CBMC to family and friends.

Wish we could've stayed longer

Pros: Teresa is an exceptional host. She was incredibly kind in accommodating our needs related to traveling with a 8 month old baby. The apartment was perfect -- we walked to all of our destinations.
