Honestly, nothing — everything exceeded our expectations!

Pros: The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Rome. The location couldn’t have been better — right next to Vatican City, which made sightseeing incredibly easy, and the metro was only a short walk away, so getting around the city was effortless. There were so many amazing restaurants nearby, giving us plenty of fantastic options throughout the week. We visited for the rugby, but loved it so much we ended up staying the whole week — and this apartment played a big part in that. There was more than enough room for four people, the facilities were excellent, and the shower was amazing after long days exploring the city. The owner was exceptional — welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made us feel at home.

Cons: Honestly, nothing — everything exceeded our expectations!

Perfect spot

Pros: Bigger than in the photos. Very well laid out inside. Loads of outdoor area. Location is perfect for a Rome stay as very close to the metro. Would v much recommend

Quiet, safe and brilliant helpful host.

Pros: Giulio was helpful and a great communicator. He arranged an early check in and helped with directions for the walk from the train station, about 8-10mins, he even carried my suitcase up the steps to get to the flat!. It is a brilliant location, and you can walk to Vatican Museums in around 15mins. We actually walked to all the main tourist places in central Rome from the flat including the Colosseum. At night it was quiet, and we felt very safe, the beds were comfy and also having two toilets was an added bonus. Little extras like tea, coffee, sugar, and soap etc. made things even easier. and the patio terrace to sit outside in at the end of a busy day was lovely. There is a supermarket very close by and a few places to eat if you want to eat out of the main tourist areas. Any questions we had were answered straight away and also, we had two sets of keys so we could be independent of each other if we wanted. Thank you for making our Rome stay so relaxing.

Cons: Maybe if a small microwave could be added. There are two flights of steps to the flat so if you can't manage stairs, it won't work for you.

Great Experience

Pros: The property was amazing — a beautiful and cozy apartment equipped with everything you could need. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Rome. Communication with the host was very smooth and convenient, and Giulio was incredibly welcoming, even allowing us to check in early. Highly recommended if you're looking for a comfortable and well-located homestay in Rome!

Amazing!

Pros: It's really close to the Vatican. It was spotless when we arrived, and the property is very comfortable with everything you need inside. The bed is super comfortable, and the kitchen has all the utensils needed if you cook at home.

Cons: There are stairs (quite a lot of them). It was not an issue for us, but if you think about someone who has limited accessibility, that might be an issue.

A perfect, comfortable stay with a warm and attentive host!! we would happily return!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in Rome! The property is in an excellent location — close to everything and very clean. Everything was just as described. What truly made our stay exceptional was the host. He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit — recommending places to go, checking in to make sure we were okay, and always making us feel welcome. One night, my mom and I accidentally locked ourselves out of the property around midnight, and the host responded immediately and resolved the situation. We’re truly grateful for his support. Highly recommend!

Wspaniały pobyt!

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko Watykanu i stacji metra. Mieszkanie wspaniałe, bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem, doskonałe wyposażenie. Szkoda, że nie mogliśmy zostać dłużej... Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy. Agnieszka i Artur

Pros: Tout était parfait, l emplacement de l appartement et son originalité,l hôte au petit soin… Avec mes ados nous y avons passé un super moments et nous ne manquerons pas d y revenir!
