Pros: El apartamento es precioso, está súper equipado, puedes sentirte como en casa. Está muy bien conectado al transporte público.
Cons: La ubicación es un poco lejana al centro histórico pero está muy bien conectada por el transporte público. Pero es algo a tener en cuenta.

Pros: Appartement spacieux et très propre (seul le nettoyage de la vaisselle laissait à désirer mais cela relève aussi de la responsabilité des occupants précédents). La proximité des transports en commun pour se rendre au centre historique et des petits supermarchés, bien achalandés, pour les petites courses alimentaires. La terrasse : c'était très agréable de dîner à l'extérieur ! Mise à disposition de ventilateurs et climatiseur d'appoint (indispensable en plein été car l'appartement est au dernier étage). La communication facile avec Marta. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour ! Je recommande vivement ce logement.
Cons: Le four ne fonctionnait pas et n'était pas très propre. Sinon, tout était parfait !

Terrasse incroyable
Pros: Super logement grand spacieux calme, avec une terrasse incroyable. Un peu excentré du centre mais l accès ce fait très bien en transport en commun. Nous avons adoré ce logement et cette terrasse magnifique.

Cons: No hay aire acondicionado y ahí te asas como un pollo,estabamos a 32 grados de noche.solo apto para invierno.

Super sunny, echt waar!
Pros: Enorm ruim en echt een heerlijk terras. Net buiten het centrum, maar met de metro sta je zo bij alle hoogtepunten. Het terugkomen en dan chillen op het terras was echt super! Grote keuken om zelf te koken. Alles was aanwezig. Ook de badkamer was fijn.
Cons: Helemaal niks!

Great place to stay in Rome. Highly recommend.
Pros: We enjoyed the great spacious terrace so much. The bedroom is really nice too. All linen was provided and was clean. The kitchen had all the kitchenware we needed. The apartment had good wifi internet. The washing machine and dish washer were really useful. The communication with the host was easy and great.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Prima verblijf voor stedentrip Rome!
Pros: Het appartement is gelegen op de 7e etage, waarvan de laatste etage alleen per trap te bereiken is. Het appartement is voorzien van alle gemakken en wij hebben er ook een waterkoker achtergelaten. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is niet noemenswaardig. Het appartementencomplex staat in een wijk met veel van dit soort woningbouw, waarin vooral mensen wonen die uit (Zuid-)Aziatische landen afkomstig zijn. Zowel de metro naar het centrum alsook de tram naar het hoofdstation van Rome liggen op 10 minuten lopen van het appartement.
Cons: Geen opmerkingen!

Nice apartment with a terrace. Recommended!.
Pros: We liked the apartment very much! Two rooms and the kitchen, plus an amazing terrace, where you can enjoy evenings and morning breakfast. Good communication with the owner Marta. Some reviewers wrote about the location and security of it. We don't see any security issues. Yes, the region maybe not with the high situated people, but we think it is better than the center near the Roma Termini. Not far from the tram, but yes, the old tram line. A little bit longer walk to the metro. We liked the Metro due to the air conditioner. Definitely recommended apartment to stay in Rome!
Cons: The portable air condition module was not enough to cool the apartment, when outside was 35-37°C.. There was no toilet paper, so we needed to buy it. There was no kettle, so we needed to heat the water for the tea/coffee in the pot on gas.
