Pros: We had an amazing stay in this accommodation! Alessio is a fantastic host, very friendly, and ready to help with anything. From the moment we arrived, he made sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was also great, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

Pros: - Anfitrion muy amable y siempre respondia con rapidez. - el lugar es exactamente como se ve en las fotos y la limpieza es excelente - el barrio es muy tranquilo, muy residencial, pero con muchas opciones para comer muy cerca. Tambien esta cerca de la estacion de metro Bologna. Dejamos nuestro auto en la calle sin problemas. Internet super rapido.

Cons: el unico punto un poco negativo es que la ducha es muy pequeña. Supongo que eso es imposible de cambiar, pero fue algo que nos incomodo un poco. Tambien tirar la cadena del inodoro era un poco raro, tenias que encontrarle la vuelta. Lo demas de 10

Pros: Apartament mały, ale zawierał wszystko czego potrzebujesz aby miło i wygodnie spędzić we dwoje kilka dni w Rzymie. Jest lodówka, pralka, żelazko, kuchnia gazowa, mikrofalówka, a nawet ekspres do kawy… Świetnie skomunikowane mieszkanie, wokół kilka przystanków autobusowych, a pieszo 10 min do stacji metra linii B (5 przystanków do Koloseum). Wokół domu mnóstwo sklepów, piekarni, kawiarni, restauracji, fast food, apteka, Lidl itd

Très bien pour un court séjour.

Pros: Belle chambre. Mini cuisine ok mais peu de place pour s'installer pour manger. Machine à laver .

Cons: Un peu loin du métro soit 10 minutes mais sommes de bons marcheurs. Pas de contact direct avec le proprio qui avait dit qu'il serait sur place.

Appartement chaleureux et calme

Pros: Bien situé, propre et fonctionnel ! On se sentait comme chez nous, il y avait tout à disposition (serviettes, gel douche, shampoing, eau..)

Cons: La chasse d’eau est un peu compliqué à manipuler mais sinon tout est ok!

Pros: Il titolare, Alessio, é stato molto gentile e disponibile sia al check in che al check out; l'appartamento é esattamente come mostrato nelle foto, piccolo ma molto accogliente e funzionale; ho apprezzato molto la presenza di zanzariere, di svariati elettrodomestici e prodotti e la smart TV.

Cons: Nulla. Se devo essere particolarmente pignola, ho trovato lo sgabello della zona cucina un po' alto rispetto al livello del piano/tavolo (ma non ho avuto comunque particolari problemi a mangiare lì)
