San Paolo Casa Bella

Enjoyed our stay here in Rome. Good value , good location with easy access to central Rome.

Pros: Located across road from metro station. Close to amenities. East street parking

Cons: Apartment noise from unit above.

What can we say but thank you to Noemi! Sao Paulo Casa Bella is the perfect place to stay when visiting Rome.

Pros: Noemi made sure everything was communicated well from the beginning, during and end of our stay. The home was impeccably clean and furnished beautifully. Noemi even left a welcome basket of Italian goodies! We were right across from the Basilica Sao Paulo metro which was easy access to everywhere we needed to go. We could not hear the trains at all from the apartment. This apartment is central to where all tourist attractions are. Although a busy area, we found parking nearby and it was not a worry. Supermarket, restaurants, cafes are all nearby and in walking distance. This is a beautiful apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Noemi! You are very kind!

Pros: L'emplacement est exceptionnel, très pratique pour aller partout. Noemie est très attentionnée et à l'écoute des moindres demandes

Pros: Casa accogliente , arredata benissimo e con gusto … un ambiente confortevole dotato di tutte le comodità , host a dire poco spettacolare attenta ai dettagli e alle esigenze degli ospiti , attenta ai bisogni dei bambini , pulizia ,cortesia e gentilezza . Il top !

Pros: Straordinaria la pulizia della casa, mai trovato un appartamento così pulito e confortevole

Cons: Il sevizio del parcheggio, chiuso dalle 10 della domenica ci ha creato qualche difficoltà

Großzügige Wohnung direkt an einer U-Bahn Station gelegen. Superschnelle Anbindung an die Innenstadt

Pros: Tolle und großzügige Wohnung mit Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für eine Familie oder 2 Paare mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern! Wohnzimmer und Küche (mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet) eher klein, wurden von uns aber nicht genutzt. Noemi war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin und immer erreichbar. Sehr gut auch die Lage der Wohnung direkt an der U-Bahnstation Basilica San Paolo nur 6 Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof Termini entfernt. Es gab jedoch von der U-Bahn keine Lärmbelästigung. Im lebhaften Viertel gab es mehrere Cafe´s und Restaurants und einen großen Supermarkt nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Für uns war es die perfekte Wohnung, wir würden wiederkommen!

New nice furnished appartment with metro station accross the street.

Pros: The appartment is renovated. Host is extremely nice Provided us extra towels. And left us things for breakfast. In the ground floor you can have coffee and broshes. In the street there are several restaurants and Metro station is across the street.

Cons: Despite there are many parking lots in the street there was no free space to park. We had to leave car in the garage nearby. Wi fi is slow sometimes.

Appartamento meraviglioso e pulitissimo con posizione ideale.

Pros: Posizione ideale davanti la fermata della metro S. Paolo. Appartamento molto grande, totalmente ristrutturato, completo di tutto e soprattutto di una pulizia ineccepibile, cosa che non ho riscontrato negli altri appartamenti della zona. Infine un plauso a Noemi che è un host gentilissimo e premuroso che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.

Cons: non c'è nulla da eccepire.
