Pros: Our weekend in Rome was a wonderful also thanks in part to our accommodation. Apartment is well-connected, with a metro stop and a train station nearby, offering direct connections to Fiumicino Airport. The neighborhood was quiet. The apartment was spacious and clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We asked to leave our luggage at the property the morning before check-in. No problem. He also offered morning coffee at one of the nearby cafes, where we chatted for a while. We'll definitely be back...

Pros: We were travelling in 4 adults and 2 children. The apartment was spacious, the rooms were big enough, 2 bathrooms served us well. The apartment was heated. There were all needed utilities like soaps, towels, glasses, and a microwave. Although it's Rome the area was pretty quiet. The metro was very close so we could reach all parts of the city very comfortably. Perfect for families.

Pros: The place is really perfect. The owner waited for us despite our significant delay. He also offered help if needed. We were traveling with a baby, and both the apartment and the owner’s attitude were perfect for us. The apartment is big and cozy. The location is also perfect next to the metro station. There's a lot of shops near the apartment. I highly recommend it and would definitely book there again

Cons: Everything was great!

Pros: Everything was perfect — we got what we needed, and the location is great, pretty close to the metro station. Nearby, you can find Tiramisu Pasticceria, where they have great coffee and sweets.

Just a wonderful apartment and we had the best sunny city break - Rome is beautiful, so much to see.

Pros: Mirco was amazing such a helpful host! He replied to all my messages super quick and on arrival we came out the metro and walking around the block he waved in the distance to walk us to the apartment, so helpful. We had a double and 2 single rooms so did not see what the other double room was like as the door was locked. We loved the area, so central and the metro is brilliant, so quick and easy to get everywhere, only about 25 mins from the Colloseum and Vatican via Spagna on the way where the Spanish Steps are also near Trevi fountain/Pantheon. So accessible. We had a wonderful 4 days and could not have asked for a better apartment / location. We would def love to return sometime. 3 nights we walked from the apartment to eat in local restaurants - Osti Matti was amazing. Thanks Mirco for all your help, we have so many happy memories and weather was wonderful, we are very grateful and LOVE Roma.

Cons: not sure really as it was all lovely. Can't fault the location. All the rooms were fine and it was super clean, no issues at all. There is no toaster (very British!) but we just used the grill which was fine, no problem all.

Absolutely exceptional stay – truly the best apartment we’ve ever stayed in!

Pros: We are a family of five and Casa del Vinile Roma exceeded all our expectations. The apartment is fully equipped – even with toiletries, washing and dishwashing detergents, and a washing machine. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Double air conditioning made the summer heat no problem at all. The location is perfect – just steps away from Metro Line A, in a nice neighborhood with shops, cafés, and great restaurants. We especially loved Grazia & Graziella, where we dined three times during our stay! The apartment’s style is unique and tasteful, with a working vinyl record player and a collection of Italian records – such a special touch. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. Mirco, the host, was very kind, responsive, and helpful. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Perfect location for a family or a group of friends

Pros: Everything was perfect. The apartment is situated a few steps from the red line metro which takes you to all important tourist attractions of Rome. Very clean, comfortable and soundproof rooms, everything you need for a perfect stay. MIrco greeted us upon arrival to give us the key and all the necessary information. Thank you Mirco.
