Fantastic location and comfortable room.

Pros: Fantastic location, just a short stroll down the road to Trevi Fountain Lovely restaurants in the street.

Cons: We wanted to stay an extra night but lack of Communication very poor. Told they would get back to me. Tried rebooking on Booking.com but could only get 2 nights and that’s why we asked directly for 1 more night only. We have ended up moving to another place unfortunately.

Great experience. Would definitely re book this place if u come back to Rome

Pros: The location of the property was great. Loved the stay. We had late check in and it was smooth. Will definitely recommend the stay

A great spot for exploring Rome

Pros: The location is very convenient for exploring Rome. The beds are comfy, the air conditioning works brilliantly. It’s high enough up to be above the street to actually be really peaceful. It was a lovely sanctuary to return to. The host Michele is just brilliant and very helpful.

Cons: I can’t fault the property.

Fantastic location

Pros: Awesome location. Only a few metres walk from the Trevi Fountain but not particularly noisy with windows closed. Close to metro, restaurants and tourist attractions. Helpful owner showing facilities in apartment and booking airport transfer.

Cons: Perhaps could do with more soft furnishings. Water pressure soft but suspect this is more to do with the old building that houses the apartments.

Great location and roomy apartment, but potentialy in need of a refresh of the windows

Pros: Great central location in Rome right by the Trevi Fountain but is a busy as a result. Plenty of room including large lounge/dining space Pleasant host who allowed us to drop luggage early which was a bonus.

Cons: Being on the 5th floor it is away from most of the street noise, thought you can hear the flat below sometimes it they have the TV on and are being loud. The windows are a challenge (tilt and turn style) as stiff / not totally working right and the one in the ensuite bathroom is badly effected by mould.

Great location, just above the Fountain of Trevi, a few minutes from the other sightseeing spots

Excellent stay

Pros: Excellent location. Accommodation was really clean. White bed linen was spotless

Cons: Very few glasses give the size of the property

Wonderful location central to everything. We walked about 10kms each day exploring Rome

Pros: step outside the front door into the beating heart of Rome. Trevi only steps away. Apartment is a little dated in terms of decor but that kind of makes it homely. Everything you need in terms of bars, restaurants etc at your fingertips. Have already recommended this apartment to numerous friend. Don't hesitate.

Excellent and would recommend

Pros: Michele was a great host. It was a great location right in the centre and easy to access. Very spacious apartment and the beds were very comfortable and all three bedrooms a great size. Shops, cafes and restaurants all around.

Cons: Could have done with an extra comfy chair or sofa in the lounge if more than 4 people staying there but plenty of alternative seating still on offer
