Modern, comfortable accommodation in the heart of Rome. It was memorable, we would love to go back

Pros: We loved our stay in the apartment in Rome. It was spacious (compared to other places we stayed during our trip) and airy, which was lovely. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchenette more than adequate for our needs. It is so well located close to a tube station and all the main shopping streets and restaurants in the area.

Cons: There was nothing to complian about. We would highly recommend this apartment for a family holiday

Pros: Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Rome We stayed in this lovely apartment in the Prati neighborhood, just steps away from the Vatican, and had a fantastic experience. The location is truly excellent about 20 minutes’ walk from both the Vatican and the Spanish Steps, with great cafés and restaurants nearby. The apartment was perfect for our family of six: very spacious, beautifully renovated, and spotlessly clean. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus and made everything so much easier. Any small issue that came up was handled immediately and with great care. A special thank you to Ramin for being so responsive and helpful throughout our stay he answered all our questions and guided us with clear and accurate information. Highly recommended for families looking to enjoy Rome comfortably and conveniently!

Lovely place to stay in Rome

Pros: Lovely apartment very secure. Very helpful people. Great washer dryer.

Cons: Could do with a few more bits in the kitchen. Hand towel, bin bags. Also, a bigger bin would be useful. Also, a guide would be good to help with using appliances.

Excellent

Pros: The location is great, walking distance to all sightseeing objectives. The apartment is great, with all needed for a pleasant stay.

Pros: The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Safe neighborhood. 5 minute walk to metro A station. Supermarket very close. There is a Cafe shop 1 minute away with several pastries available. On our arrival we noticed a problem with the wifi connection which the host resolved immediately .

Cons: It should be good if there was a full body mirror in at least one of the rooms. The bed in the second room was making some noises.

Pros: Excellent and special apartment! New, clean, well-designed and very comfortable apartment. Everything is clean and new. There is hot water, two showers, heating and wifi and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, walking distance from Piazza Nova and the Vatican. It is important to note that the apartment is in a quiet residential building with an internal courtyard and secure doors, which gave a sense of security and, above all, to enjoy the city and still be in a quiet place.Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. He was available, courteous, and gave information and directions to restaurants.We would be happy to return and recommend it to others for sure

Cons: Just keep in mind that if you do laundry- the dryer is very slow. Other than that, no comments. Beautiful place.

Excellent apartment in a great location

Pros: Great location with lots of shops , restaurants and excellent gelataria nearby. Very good communication from the owner and excellent and clear instructions on how to access the apartment. Apartment was very clean and beds very comfortable. We wanted to use the extra pillows and the owner was very quick to get the pillow cases required for us. Bedrooms are spacious particularly the master bedroom with plenty of cupboard space although no handles made getting into the wardrobe slightly challenging. Sofa was very comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed. Would definitely go back and two essentially ensuite bathrooms made it ideal for two couples.

Cons: Nothing. Some instructions about how to use the appliances eg microwave might be useful. And the light in the internal hall on a movement switch was annoying at night. My only other suggestion would be another set of keys because we weren't always together. I would have no hesitation in recommending this as a great place to stay in Rome.

Pros: I sincerely recommend it, we spent 5 days there, great location, close to everything. I will definitely use it next time I go to Rome.

A very nice apartment in an exquisite location

Pros: Really nice apartment in the Prati area, well appointed, clean, has everything you need. It is in an historic building which boasts an interesting and beautiful 19th century elevator with seating, in working condition. The location is excellent, walking distance to both the Vatican and Centro Storico, and only a few hundred meters from metro Lepanto. The manager of the property is super friendly and accomodating.

Pros: The apartment is nice and quiet part of the city where not too many turists and everything is close to you. Clean, spacious, the owner us helpful and allowed us to stay after 11 am, because we had a flight at 7 pm.
