Nice. I recommend this.

Pros: The place was very clean and confortable. They also gave us a free breakfast, it was really kind. We really liked it.

Cons: The shower wasn't warm at all for all the guests. It was necessary to wait a lot of time to the water warm again. In my opinion, the checkout after 00h was really expensive: 50 €.

Pros: Big flat in rather nice house. The window frames looked like they were not repaired since Mussolini's childhood, but there was ongoing refurbishment. The host sent entire video clip on how to pick up the keys and hot to use them. Rather innovative and useful.

Cons: Bed matrass was very soft - too soft for me. Double bed was basically a two matrasses put together - so not so fun. The apartment looked a bit run down, yet it was very OK.

Good value for money. Recommended

Pros: As seen in photos. Host was very helpful. Clean & good location esp. to Stadio Olimpico

Cons: No A/C. But Fans were available and on 3rd floor with windows open it was bearable

Super czas w Wiecznym Mieście

Pros: Lokalizacja i rozkład pomieszczeń oraz dobra komunikacja z miastem.

Cons: Jedyny brak - słabo wyposażona kuchnia. Na 7 osób tylko 5 talerzy. I to dlatego daje jeden punkt mniej.

Pros: The host was very kind, he immediatelly offered help when we faced a problem with the heating, and also brought some wine and sweets for compensation. The apartment was very spatious, separate bedrooms, good equiped kitchen, 2 toilets... The distance is a liitle bit far from the center, but you have a bus stop in a 5 min walk so for us was not a problem at all

Cons: The bed sheets definitelly need to be changed, because they are old and stained.

Pros: Appartamento spazioso per una famiglia numerosa, Letti comodi e cuscini alti. Buona posizione per spostarsi.

Cons: Sfortunatamente siamo arrivati in un momento dove ci sono in corso opere di rifacimento e le finestre erano senza tende. Abbiamo dovuto abbassare le tapparelle, uno sconticino sarebbe stato gradito 👍

Pros: Appartamento grande e pulito fornito di tutto l'occorrente. Check in facile e veloce. Mezzi pubblici raggiungibili a piedi in 10-12 minuti.

Pros: Appartamento estremamente spazioso e molto pulito. Biancheria e asciugamani freschi di bucato in dotazione, così come sapone e bagnoschiuma/shampoo. Comunicazione e disponibilità del gestore ottima. Posizione in quartiere tranquillo e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro.

Cons: Ci sarebbe necessità di qualche aggiustatina: 1) Sostituire i sanitari dei bagni e sistemare la doccia in quanto il getto risulta molto debole e la miscelazione caldo/freddo difficoltosa. 2) Aggiustare le aperture degli infissi in quanto alcuni (tra cui quello del bagno grande) non possono essere aperti. 3) Inserire un riduttore sul rubinetto del lavabo in cucina e migliorare la dotazione di pentole/padelle che devono essere compatibili con il piano cottura a induzione!

Pros: Obiekt usytuowany w odległości 300 metrów od sklepu oraz 15 min od stacji metra Lepanto. Apartament na 3 pietrze, w budynku winda. Dwie sypialnie, salon z rozkładaną kanapą, kuchnia oraz toaleta i łazienka z prysznicem i drugą toaletą. Pomieszczenia przestronne z roletami w oknach.

Cons: W apartamencie przydało by się lekkie odświeżenie. Kafle, prysznice i zlewy mogły by być wymienione. W kuchni przydałoby się więcej akcesori jeśli ktoś chciałby z niej w pełni korzystać.
