Pros: Tiziano (host) was very helpful and responsive, a very nice stay in Aurelia (like 5mins bus to Vatican), very well connected, lots of restaurants nearby, home by itself was very nice with a large terrace...Good beds..kitchen was also good but could be better equipped...you might have to wait for long runs of warm water... but that's a rome thing, nothing specific about the apartment

Pros: Very nice, very clean apartment. A great convenience is the large garden with terrace furniture and a large sun umbrella. The apartment has everything you need: plenty of towels, new, nice bedding, cosmetics. On site, on the occasion of Easter, a nice surprise was waiting for us. In the kitchen we found coffee, sugar, fruit and olive oil. The location of the apartment is also convenient. There is a bus stop next to it and a metro station 15 minutes' walk away. 2 minutes from the exit of the building there is a large supermarket and many restaurants. Very good contact with the owner via WhatsApp. We recommend. O... You need to remember to turn on the hot water in the bathroom first 😀

Pros: Apartament całkiem dobrze wyposażony, przestronny, wszystko co potrzeba było na miejscu. Niedaleko był garaż podziemny. Nie dostaliśmy kodów dostępu ani klucza do klatki schodowej, ale na szczęście na miejscu był portier, który otworzył nam klatkę schodową i mogliśmy pobrać klucze.

Cons: Nie było za dużo ciepłej wody, ale to pewnie dlatego, że włączyliśmy grzanie dopiero po przyjeździe.

Pros: This apartment was in a suburb and felt like a local experience. It has a comfortable bed. It was great to have the use of the kitchen, washing machine and outdoor area.

Cons: We had an issue with a smell coming from the bathroom drain. The host was really responsive sorting it out for us and offered us a gelato at a local shop.

Pros: Чиста постіль та квартира. Місце розташування дуже зручне,тихий район,поряд є і магазини маленькі і супермаркет і Макдональдз і зупинки, до Ватикану пішки хвилин 40. Легке заселення. Ми прибули пізно,господар надав інструкції і заселились самі без проблем. Господар уважний дуже,запитував чи все добре і радав багато рекомендацій смачних закладів і супермаркету найближчого. Пральна машина є,але не працювала,поряд є прачечна. Кавова машина,мікрохвильова,духовка,плита.

Cons: Запах каналізації у ванній кімнаті але як ми зрозуміли це часто трапляється, тому це не проблема конкретної квартири

Pros: L'appartamento è molto grazioso con un cortile privato spazioso e confortevole. Arredamento moderno e minimal ma con tutti i comfort. La posizione è strategica, comoda ai mezzi pubblici, il quartiere residenziale è tranquillo. Il proprietario Tiziano super gentile e super disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Grazie di tutto.
