Pros: Location, two bathrooms and the fact that the apartment was so quiet even if located next to Fontana di Trevi. Lift was very convenient.
Cons: Small things in the apartment but they are not worth mentioning.

Our stay
Pros: The flat is located in an amazing location, just a few inches from Fontana di Trevi. Even though the apartment was next to a pretty busy street, we couldn't hear any noise coming from outside. The rooms were clean, the design itself was very well-thought and the beds were comfy. The quality that we got for what we payed was way beyond our expectations.

Pros: We are very satisfied with our stay in this appartment. Part of our amazing trip to Rome is thanks to the nice stay in this flat. The complete apartment is plenty of small details in every corner with a delightfull taste in decoration. Once we came out of the street is like arriving home. So cosy!!! The owner very helpfull and friendly.

Pros: Very nice, recent tasteful renovation. High ceilings. Nice stonework and lighting in the bathrooms. Generally good facilities, like a washing machine. Very close to Trevi Fountain.
Cons: It’s on the 5th floor, and yet there’s no view. The elevator seemed a bit old, so we didn’t use it.

Cant beat the location
Pros: Prime location, literally steps away from fontana di trevi. Despite the incredible location, dead silent day and night (due to apartment facing an inner court and being on fifth floor). You can be very close to everywhere and can sleep peacefully at night, which is a big plus. Clean and spacious apartment with high ceilings that can easily acommodate 6 people. Full kitchen with all the utensils. 2 bathrooms (each with a shower and wc, one with also a bidet) with towels and toiletries. 4 Tvs in bedrooms and living room and even the dining room, thats crazy :) beds were comfy and A/c was working nicely. Communication with the owner was swift and check in was smooth.
Cons: Weak WiFi in one bedroom. This might be due to my Phone being an old model though. No terrace, not even a french window. It would have been nice to have a lil outdoor area where you can smoke. The doors to building, lift and apartment were all so narrow that we had to take the wheels out of our stroller to make it fit through. This might be frusturating if you are travelling with a stroller or are in a wheelchair. Also while there is a lift -which imo is also a bit small. We, a family of four with two kids, couldnt fit in altogether with a stroller and/or luggage so had to take two trips each time using it :)- , you still have to take a flight of stairs to reach it (like 10-15 steps only but still) No place to store luggage for early check in or late check out. There is paid storage nearby but we didnt check the prices. Overall we were glad with our choice and might choose this place again but just wanted my fellow travellers to be aware of the above :)

Pros: Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πάρα πολύ άνετο για 2 ζευγάρια και σε πάρα πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, μιας και βρίσκεται ακριβώς πίσω από την Fontana di Trevi.

Pros: The position, the apartment layout and the cleanliness. We would definitely stay again.
Cons: There weren't enough keys for the four of us staying in the apartment and there were two small flights of stairs that we had to carry our heavy suitcases up to access the lift.
