Pros: There is much to like about this place: location (it is in fact in the center of Rome, close to everything one would like to visit), space and facilities (large living area, fully equipped kitchen), cleanliness and the generosity and very helpful manner of Roberto. The cost of the room is pretty much what it should be for what it offers. One can really feel here like home, not in a hotel or accommodation that only functions for profit. There is a real exercise of imagination to give the customer as much and as fair conditions as could be offered.

Cons: The few details that could be improved (the creaking bed, the occasional noises from the area where the owners live) or that are unavoidable (the lack of an elevator) are acceptable as long as the cost of the room remains decent.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome. The location is really good — within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which made exploring the city effortless. The service was also good, with Roberto going above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of and that I felt truly welcomed. Their attention and warmth made a big difference throughout my stay. The amenities were also nice, offering both comfort and convenience. Overall, a great place that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome.

Wonderful Stay in Roma

Pros: Spacious, clean and super close to the attractions. 15 minute walk to the Vatican, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The hosts were so kind and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. They also provided coffee and tea and made us feel at home.

Pros: Amazing place, location and hosts! Fewer steps would be better, but little workout never killed nobody 😅

Excellent location

Pros: Location, location, location. It was our first visit to Rome and every day we were absolutely amazed how close to everything we are. It is walking distance from a major sights and very well connected with city buses for return trip, if we were not feeling like walking back.

Pros: Прекрасная квартира в районе Ватикана, из аэропорта шатл останавливается в 2 минутах пешком от дома. Отправление в аэропорт также совсем рядом, не надо никуда дополнительно ехать. В квартире отлично оборудована кухня, есть вся посуда, газовая плита, газовая колонка для нагрева воды (что редкость в Италии). В комнате большая удобная кровать, отличные подушки, одеяло, хороший вместительный шкаф. Есть принадлежности для сушки белья и глажки. Все очень комфортно, чисто. Большая благодарность сеньору Роберто за личную встречу и помощь в подъеме чемодана на 5-ый этаж.
