Beautiful spacious and quiet flat in a perfect location.

Pros: A very pretty, nicely furnished and spacious flat: perfect for a family with an older teenager as everyone had some privacy. The flat is perfectly located to explore Rome: we were able to go everywhere on foot. The beds are very comfortable and the area, though there are shops and restaurants around the corner, is quiet and peaceful at night. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would very happily stay at La Gensola again!

Cons: We had a perfect stay. I really could not fault the apartment.

Pros: Great location, friendly owner who brought us clean towels during our stay. Good facilities, washing machine , good shower, air con. TV with Bluetooth so we could play music from our phones. We would stay here again no problem.

Cons: Extractor fan on oven didn't seem to work. There was an unpleasant odour when we entered apartment. The bedroom near the street was a little noisy.

Pros: Both flats were spacious, well equipped, comfortable and in a great location. The host was friendly and very helpful.

Pros: Excellent location. Close to many restaurants, shops and attractions but in less busy part of Trastevere. Luisa, the host, was extremely helpful and reachable. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Luisa was very hospitable. Amongst other things, she booked for us a big taxi from the airport at a good rate.

Overall pleasant.

Pros: Great location, 15 min walk to Pantheon area. A minute from taxi queue. Many restaurants nearby.

Cons: Air con wasn't functioning properly. Couple fans sufficed until it got to mid-30's.

Great location, spacious, and comfortable bed!

Pros: The location in Trastevere near the Tiber was exceptional - we were able to walk to all the major sites very easily and it was wonderful to be near Isola Tiberina. Trastevere has a lovely atmosphere with little pasticceria, restaurants, cobbled streets etc. The host, Simona, was very responsive and helpful.
